RD’s taunts are always cheap, crass n sadak chaap types. Also I ffed thru such stuff and help myself.

coming to Anuj, I guess he could have retorted and he had earlier once but probably today wasn’t the day… he didn’t want to spoil his big day by “aise waise ki moh lag ke”

if he retorts, she may say something then others will join and huge tamasha spoiling their moment. I think it was a sensible decision by him.

Also RD yeh nahi bolti toh shayad Anu nahi bolti and she may not have said ILU to him… it could have been private but her acknowledging it publicly and boldly is the Diwali parallel I guess.. though not so high octane emotional moment but she saying ILU is a huge thing for him that too infront of all… toh let’s try to keep it in a positive way just like GK said “ think proton and be positive”

She was sorta grim in her expression, when Devika tried to nudge her to dance. There's something behind it. I was thinking if this engagement was going to trigger unpleasant memories for her. Next week will be a full on kaand week.
