I don't get why they didn't include Devika in the firing scene

Anuj being the male hero couldn't make personal attacks on Kavya

But Devika would have been perfect! She would have reminded Kavya about glass houses and stones. I mean she would have mopped the floor with Kavya

I tell u, them writers are high on some cheap stuff half the time..it's probably how they write the long never ending bhashans for Anu..id go bonkers writing that stuff day after day

Devika was given enough screen space during the Dushera showdown according to the writers, this time it had to be Anuj and only Anuj cause unlike Anupama he doesn't need to be pushed.

the writers will always give preference to Anupama ...and Anuj in this case unless they need a catalyst to bring about the desired reaction.

nonetheless it was a missed opportunity for some fun drama

May be they ended it all of a sudden to make way for anu leaving shah house track. It only served as an additional factor to make sure that whatever little understanding V pretend to show after pakhi's emotional outburst has ended now as anuj fired kavya.

And to be honest i am relieved. I know there was an opportunity to see devika vs kavya but there were higher chances of kavya sabotaging anu's hard work and ideas and knowing love of makers for trp sautan drama. They would have likely chosen latter option and we would have left frustrated.

And it also gives us hope that makers are aware of audiences wish. They know how truly we wanted to see anu leaving shah house and the outrage building against them. Hence they have given us what we wanted.

I am happy she is fired. I was not keen of her being in between MaaN. Barging in their cute moments.

Only issue I had the way the episode was done. The way she spoke to Anuj ans he didn't say anything just had a stare. I wanted him to be more stern.

Totally agree. I feel they have missed on so many good tracks in the past by wrapping those quickly while stretching boring tracks too much. The progress from online dance to dance class, her school gig and the struggles plus final success to name a few. No one wanted Kavya to work there but now that she started, why not make the most of it. Showing her trying to create rift thinking she is smarter than Anu and no one will realize what she is trying to while Anuj keeping a keen eye on her all the time n having Anu's back. Even events where Kavya may have outshined initially at work to ultimately fall down on her face, or trying to take credit for other's work etc, Devika/Kavya track... and then finally making a huge mistake and getting FIRED.
