The wrong which he did was 'not having the guts to say that to his wife that he loves kavya not her and hiding his extra marital affair for whole 8 ******* years and wanting to sail on 2 boats at the same time. Have anupamaa to do his household work and take care of him while having kavya to love and romance and share his problems.
Upar se he treated anupamaa like a trash and stamped and crushed her at every single opportunity.
If he is a real honest brave man he wld have taken a stand for his so called love with kavya and not sailed on 2 boats conveniently cheating anupamaa too.
Atleast kavya accepted the fact the she has affair with vanraj to anirudh once anirudh got to know abt their EMA.
But this man can only be called a man technically. He had no guts to take a stand for his love with kavya infront of the whole world.

Anupamaa's scolding and kavya's threatening made him marry kavya. Otherwise man wld have been still finding ways to keep anupamaa as a servant to his house and romance with kavya parallely.

The only difference is now Slave Anu doesn't only work as house servent, but slave Anu also takes up personal loan to repay his father dept - which property still belong to Bapuji btw. Other difference is now slave Anu along with managing "his" family also provides financial support by earning.
