Disagreed with Kavya discouragement on business - Page 2

Omg thank you! Finally someone here who understands how the private sector actually works. A relative of mine is 80+ and he's still working in marketing. Not only that, he still gets headhunted by other companies who are ready to pay him any amount of money. And he got promoted to a CXO position only in his late 50s.

IDK what's funnier. The show pushing the silly 'young blood' narrative so aggressively, or the audience buying it. When anyone with workex can see that Vanraj's own attitude and poor skillset is the issue, his age is just a polite excuse. The dude was in the same company for 30+ years! There are many like him who slip through the cracks to reach upper-middle management positions LOL

Writer needs to visit linked in lol. He thinks there is no future for 50+ in the industry 😆Seems like they are quite illiterate 😆

“Young Blood” crap is daily soap thing which has no head no tail. CTO of my current project is around 56 and he just joined us 3 months back and I am learning so much from him. He is like my father’s age and supremely experienced. My company hires 50+ associates/CTO on daily basis 😆

In vanraj’s case his ego can be problematic for any company and also poor skill set is the issue. Age is just polite excuse as you said.

its the story they wanted to show there is no head and tail how vanraj was removed jut with one mistake and suddenly a new comer gets his job without any exprereian ,fine other jobs he did not get it because of his arrogance and bad report from dholakia which is gone in his cvs and nowkavia leaving the job from the same company i know she made a mistake dont you think its some eless hand behind it ? so they are not following the rules.

This whole "young blood" thing is crap. Any company would hire people with better experience and skillset for high positions. Many are even ready to pay insane amounts if the person is really good at work, irrespective of their middle age. The way they handled Vanraj's job thing is really stupid. Then again, that is not the only stupid thing going on with this show. Despite what ever happened, Anupama hasn't learnt a thing. She was, is and will always be a doormat to her in-laws, ex-husband, his current wife and bratty children. And Kavya needs to shut the hell up. Even her voice has become grating these days. But if the makers think that making everyone from Kavya to Rakhi to Pakhi negative is going to get Anupama sympathy, then they are clearly mistaken (at least in the case of sensible people). Just because the rest of them behave wrong, doesn't mean Anupama is completely right. This show needs some serious makeover to get over the stupidities they are showing.

Kavya’s current status is “suspended “. It can go either way and aisa kuch zaruri nhi hai that suspended people ko job se nikal he diya jata hai. Kabhi kabhi suspended logo ko company continue Karti hai with low salary pay or no promotion for certain time etc.

yeh daily soap crap hai so they are showing suspend= Out of company permanently.
