Disagreed with Kavya discouragement on business

why would Vanraj spent his hard work n time over a job ... when he knew ... very soon that company will also throw him out as all companies need fresh n young people for idea, work quality etc... kavya is 35 who is still had 25 yrs around for doing job if she keeps herself updated... but not with Vanraj when his cv''s also got stained because dholkiya fired him.

Same insecurities comes with job too... didn't Vanraj was thrown out from his job where he spents all his life and give his 100% and one mistake he is out.... same risk is in business... what kavya is doing is called discouragement only.... again a again stating flaws of something is useless....

today or tomorrow no one is going to hire Vanraj because he is getting old and company needs new blood... and right now he had a zeal to do something if he is able to put his hard work in his own business than he is going to be financially secure in her old age... which is not possible if he is joining a job ....

so overall business decision is very good for future specially when their is very low investment.

I am happy that both Anupama n Vanraj is now working for their business and making a way to the securd future at their old age ...

we are talking a 50 yr old man ... who is jobless unexpectedly and now if doesn't do something which can support him in future than he will a useless furniture in the house very soon... business is much much better to take risk than job for him at this moment

over all this is a time when everything is a risk for Vanraj so go and take risk for his dream which has more potential tha job and secure his future... if he is not going to be a millionaire or billionaire with his cafe ... than neither he is going to be dependent financially on others ...

“New blood” for job is only limited to daily soap crap . In the real world , so many start up companies are ready to pay any amount of salary to experienced talent. In the linked in we can see pool of jobs for 50+ people since in private you can work as long as you are good in health.

In vanraj’s case his ego can be problematic thing for interviewers but everyone wants to hire only young talent looks unrealistic.

Leela’s cafe is not a bad idea and the way emphasised on college crowd is good direction for start up. I myself lived in hostel for 9 long years. I used to eat in different cafes where I can have menu like ghar ka ghana . Here vanraj’s mind is clear about target audience for Leela’s cafe I.e. college students + no age bar which is good starting point.

Me and my husband used to visit different cafes since our college days and now also whenever we get some free weekends we love to sit in the corner of cafe and enjoy some light snacks. Being cafe lover, I must say there is a huge scope to explore in cafe world.

Hotel and restaurant start ups are way more risky than cafe business so I am loving vanraj’s start up idea.

Regarding Kavya, she was correct to not to invest emotionally in the things which can go either way is like protecting your heart and staying cautiously optimistic because it’s fact start up business can go either way so work hard but stay cautiously optimistic 🤞

In place of throwing negativity, Kavya should analyse the growth of vanraj’s cafe at least for few months.

Cafe business is too good if the cafe is near hostel/college area because those like me who used to live in hostel for long years can make cafe business huge hit 🤩🤩

hiring young people is a realistic because old people aren't too good with technology and physical strength too... so most of the company preferred young people... here Vanraj was on a very good post with powers ... we don't know if he gets same from new job or not... plus jod beeds same dedication every time but business has flexibility ... owner can increase n decrease their work as per convince... even in family emergency or health emergency ... no need to be worried for salary cut... so at this age when you are going to start from scratch again ... than go with business instead of job.... and thia cafe doesn't have much investment too... and Kavya said many things from idea... to furniture to menu and place.... she did or said everything to discourage both Vanraj n Anupama.... I found her ridiculous... at least now don't be spoil sport... go and help your so called lover... but no her ego is too much to get along with family, Vanraj or Anyone.... in this show few characters are full of themselves.... My company is hiring 50+ seniors every now and then and team loves to work under most experienced senior associate so I don’t know about other industry but in IT MNC , it is daily event to hire 50+ associate when product is on preliminary stage.

In this show , each and every character is responsible for their own mess. Not a single character is sane and normal. Entire family is dysfunctional and abnormal.

I am not in favour of blaming just 3-4 people when it comes to selfishness. Lol circus company’s owner is busy in all soori soori business and setting 4 AM alarm bullshit in place of showing mirror of truth . Why to blame other if you have no capability to put people on their place.

Lol to deal with Pakhi and toshu type children, mother needs to come out of soori soori business which she is doing since the birth of her children.

To deal with rakhi type people, in place of setting 4 AM alarm, ask her daughter in law kinjal to decide whether she wants to shift or not and inform her mother rakhi on front face, do not drag her (anupama) in separation decision and keep it to her daughter and son in law.

To deal with Kavya type people, in place of participating in silly dance competition with her, give your bigdel daughter one tight slap and inform her to never ask for any dance help in future and only ask her bestie if she needs anything. But no! She started with soori soori Cassatt 🤢

I under stand kavya frustruaion. Job mein kya hota ki har mahine salary aana fix hota hai. Koi salary rok nahin sakta job mein jub tuk job mein hai

But in business jo paisa aata hai woh sab khuch customer ke upar depend karta hai . Jitne customer aayenge usi ke hisaab se earning hoti hai business. Business mein khuch fix nahin hai kisi din seedhe 20 customer aa gaye kisi din bus 5 customer aaye to business mein khuch fix nahin hota hai

Customer ko baandhe rakhna bhi challenging hota hai . Aaj kul har 5 minute mein ke raste mein food point khula hai ek street pe at 2,3 food point khule hi hote hai to aise customer baandh ke rakhna aur customer badhana bahut challenging.hota hai aur customer ka taste bhi badalta hai

I do agree with some of the things you said.

I also feel that Anupama has to stop being a doormat. She has to stop people, her so called family from walking all over her anytime they feel like it. She has to learn to take a stand for herself. She needs to understand that she can not please everyone all the time. NO WOMAN will ever tolerate her husband’s second wife like Anupama does, that too when Kavya has been nothing but a selfish, self centered jerk to her all this time and has been wanting EVERYTHING that Anupama ever had or has while degrading her for very things that she wants to snatch from her.

Kavya is becoming more and more disgusting with every passing episode. She never has anything positive to say at all. She wants everything without doing anything because she has a trophy called Vanraj Shah. I wonder why the family is even tolerating her to this extent.
And Pakhi, another idiot of first order in the house. She literally deserves nothing, nothing at all. I am a mother of 2 daughters myself. Anupama really has to put her foot down with her for the way she treats everyone in the family. She has to be taught a lesson the hard way. I hope makers don’t encourage such behavior among teenagers through Pakhi that everything is ok. No it’s not ok. If you don’t treat people with respect you don’t deserve it either. My 2 teenagers work part time since they were in 9th grade, attend full time college and do all their chores themselves including their own laundry, cleaning their rooms, sometimes making snacks for everyone, driving my youngest to her destinations, mowing the lawn, taking out trash, doing the dishes and also socializing with their friends. So, Pakhi was uttering crap when she said all that about doing her own stuff.
The key is for Anupama to put her foot down and slow down a bit to take care of herself and her dance academy. She needs to start loving herself.
