Yes. But I don't think he might have ditched her. Maybe he failed to pass his BAR exams and did not want to bring her down. Also, The other guy in her office seems really close to Saena. So that guy might have thought that he was a better match for her than himself. Maybe he doesn't even have an idea about Kyoko.

But for sure Kyoko's personality is more close to her father 😆

New Chapter is out. Seems like we will get the mother's back story in the following issues.
It is kind of anti climatic to see that all the angst built against Saena will be justified so easily.
But Kyoko is simply that kind of a person.
I hope to see some Ren x Kyoko scenes soon !

OMG OMG read Ch. 229...it's cliffhanger..I guess Saena was rape by this man and Kyoko born this way...or may be after this he left her and after that she found out that she is pregnant...what you think?😕

I don't think it is a rape scenario. They were already in a steady relationship before this chapter. Most likely she lost the important case she was over-working for. Either he gave her the drugged tea to make her rest causing her to lose time. Or he used that time to steal data from her and give it to the opposing party. I guess, it too shall end up being a huge misunderstanding on her part but who knows?
Most probably the guy doesn't know about Kyoko's existence. He could very well be an actor who was hired to fool Saena and steal the data from her. It could explain why he was so shitty at Law. Who knows!

But i wish Kyoko doesn't forgive her mother very easily.

I read the spoilers on MF forums. Looks like Saena is suspicious that her work floppies have been touched and that Misenoi is the culprit. Also might be that the boss suspected that the opposing party might do something and have given Saena the wrong files all along. If this is true, then both her boss and her lover have betrayed her big time :( I didn't think it was possible, but I am starting to feel bad for Saena. Kyoko is a spitting image of her father's personality. If indeed he betrayed Saena, no wonder she couldn't stand Kyoko, her behaviour or her failures :(

can't say..may be he actually betrayed or may be Saena misunderstood him...🤔

Well, she is still working for her old company. So its not like Misenoi can't find her. That means he left her of his own accord. I really hope it is a misunderstanding though.
