Since Sneha quitting the show there is no more Arjun Sneha pair or romance

Does anyone know why she quit the show? I only know that after vijay tv awards happened she wrote in her insta story that she quitted the show.

I never understand how actors and actresses can quit so easily? Isn't there any contracts? Are the not bound to it? Even if they want to quit they still have to shoot for a few weeks?
