When lounging at home:

(1) Bermudas or cargo shorts and colarless Tees. (2) Cotton kurtas in solid colours (dark blue, for instance) with white, black or blue jeans.

Casual occasions:

(1) Black leather jacket, black polo shirt, black or dark blue jeans. (2) Coloured Tees and stone-washed jeans (3) Denim shirts (not stuffed in) and jeans. (3) Sports jackets, collarless Tees, jeans. (4) Cargo shorts and Tees (tucked in). (5) W & W (sports attire when next on the badminton court). Please keep to the same length of shorts as on that April 11 episode. Btw, he looked so stunning in that black shirt (over khaki pants) he wore at the funeral.

Preferred shirt designs: solids are best; pin-stripes, checks are fine but no other designs please. An exception is a Hawaiian shirt worn over white cargo shorts.

Formal occasions:

(1) Sherwani in black raw silk (the types that Hariharan wears); (2) Sherwani in white raw silk; (3) Business suit; (4) Black tie (complete with vest and cummerbund; the kind that Pierce Brosnan wore in his 007 role).

Accessories: those dark glasses an absolute must. But I hope he gets a better pair; I don't like the shape of those he wears; they look a little feminine. Oakleys, Dunhill and even the Police brand do carry some nice ones. The Shahrukh avatar that Patraj uses has a nice pair of dark sunglasses

Well-crafted leather shoes in black or brown would be nice. Moccasins for casual occasions.

For Priya.

Formals: Silk sarees in black, red, pink, blue, green, turquoise.

Casuals: Silk Punjabi outfits. Btw, sashes folded up and worn on the shoulder are passe. Cotton sarees.

Accessories: Try silver jewellery with stones to match the outfit. Corals to match orange outfit. Pearls best avoided. Large semi-precious stones to match outfit should work well.

Oh, I wish she would get rid of that ugly white handbag. Something in black leather would work well. Or coloured handbags to match her outfit. She should consider leather purses for formal occasions.

Shoes: stilettoes in colours to match outfit. No whites sandals please except when wearing white outfit.

Hairstyle: Charu's hairstyle will suit her well, complete with brown tint. She may have to thin her hair a bit for this.

wow Bonheur! that were some amazing makeover ideas for ACD & priya. i hope they try to change both their wardrobes cos the current ones they have, esp priya's wardrobe brings me to tears.😆😆😆

i like to see ACD in collared polo shirts & branded tees, he used to wear in 'Lakshmi'. he looked really young & cute in that serial.😃 his dressing sense in Anandham is more mature, he doesn't look bad but i liked his dressing in Lakshmi the best.😊

as for priya, i like to see her in soft lightweight silk sarees. not the kind that charu wears, those are heavy baneras silk sarees but the kind of silk sarees that we see heroines wear during functions in movies.😉

she should also start wearing nicely cut salwars. sometimes her salwars are too baggy that priya looks out of shape.😕 i like the salwar she was wearing when she went to meet to priyan at the amusement park. the black material really suited her to the T.😊

and she should discard those UGLY black beads that she always has on when she wears sarees. a simple gold chain or a white gold necklace will suit her sarees & not look too out of place.😊

My costumes and accessories sense is not good. So, I better keep off this. But, I read an article in a Tamil magazine this wk - the paasimani and oosimani which u guys despise to see on Priya seem to be hi-fundu fashion in Chennai. Believe that fashion conscious youngsters flock around the Mylapore shops for these and the kurathis are extremely happy for making a quick buck!!!!

yes roja akka, even madhavan was wearing those kind of kurathi necklace during his interview with gauthami in 'Anbudan'. these ugly (sorry for people who like these necklaces) necklaces don't suit most people.😕

it looked alright on madhavan but on priya, it just sucks. luckily, ACD doesn't have the habit of wearing those hideous neck pieces.😊
