Eljay, I agree with you on good grooming. Come to think of it, yes, SR does have those unsightly, hideous hairs growing out of his ears. Urgh!

The director, wardrobe mistress and makeup artistes have a responsibility to check these details. But ultimately it is the responsibility of the actors themselves as image can make or break an actor's career. And little details do contribute to the overall image.

One other thing that does bug me is oily ears and uneven jawlines. This is usually due to carelessness on the part of the makeup artistes.

As for SR's makeup shade, that horrid ill-matched gray shade, I really find it grating. My mum does too. I wish the director would just leave SR's face unpainted. That might give him a more natural look.

evaded the issue of Charu's funny behaviour to Omni when she called - guess we should not complain - if he had opted to explain, it might have had no logic and we would be more critical!!!!

Oh, SR always looks like an unkempt school black board - Like the teacher
writes and later asks a 1st grader to clean - the kid cleans as far as he can reach and leaves the rest!!!! If he is just left in his original complexion, he should be fine!!! What is wrong with the Indian complexion?? why would they want to make a poor act of hiding it???

Hey guys,
I saw the title song yesterday. Was nice to see that AC is finally showing some emotions towards Priya but the fact that Priya shrugs it off make me feel that they might not end up together. Priya might show her anger on him for not saving her from the station and just leaving her behind. His kadamai might end up in him having a love failure.... What do u guys think???

Perhaps thats why they are showing this sudden change in her behaviour....and the doc has sounded indirectly to the viewers..!!..👏 I suppose this the right punishment for this sly woman for all her wrong doings..besides she must be carrying a big mootai of curses with her.....😃

Still on my complaint about the butchering of the English language, in today's episode (in Singapore), I heard "one of the target" and "it [Russian circus] is so wonder" (the latter by none other than our dear Bril).

Apart from getting the grammar all wrong, there is at least one word which Indians tend to use literally and not in the idiomatic way it is popularly used by native english speakers today. And that's the word "LOVER". In yesterday's episode (shown earlier in India), Srini (or was it SR) comments that Priya had been behaving arrogantly just because ACD was her "lover". Ouch! Even in happier days they didn't even as much as hold hands, let alone behave in the manner in which lovers are expected to behave. In Shakespearean times, the term lover meant literally someone whom one is deeply in love with and who loves one deeply. But in today's popular usage it means something more. Srini should have just said ACD was her "boyfriend".

Of course, Cheyar isn't the first Indian director who has used the word innocuously. I once saw a Tamil movie (can't remember which) where the lead actress (can't recall who) made me squirm when she proudly declared before someone (possibly a girlfriend or her father) that her boyfriend was "a great lover".

Just got back from seeing today's episode. Good one after a loooonnnnnnn timme, ACD goes to meet Priya, looks like reconciliation is not far off. Inniku it was ACD all the way. 👏 👏 👏 . Charu accepts she is Muthulakshmi to ACD.
