Thanks Shylock for the update. My guess is that Shanti met with Manisha in the morning and then went home, freshened up, changed her sari and then went to tackle ACD! On the other hand, I see people changing outfits in the middle of songs out in the middle of the desert, so I am not surprised by anything any more!

Yesterday, Shanthi was explaining the thodatha manaivi situation to RK, and I was wondering about all the young children who may be watching this show in the evening, maybe while they are eating their dinner. Is all this really necessary? And it doesn't explain the scene shown ages back when Shanti expressed regret to Karthik that she couldn't have another child after she had to have the hysterectomy. If they never touched each other, where was the need for regret?

Caryn, both the serials are by the EK group, so they used the same concept, with similar results. They changed the face, and the body went from being tall and slim to not-so-tall and definitely not slim! In other words, a total body transplant!

Sorry for the digression people. Just wanted to get it out of my system !! There have been only partial transplants conducted out there in the real world and in all cases the doctors have specified that the face will not look like the donor or the orginal face of the recipient. It would only be an hybrid version. Only skin/tissues are transplanted,not the whole face. These story writers read any half baked news and try to make a reel story! grrr...
