Whoever is selecting abhilashas songs is not doing a good job! She has so much talent and its being wasted with poor song selection...they need to pic better more challenging songs for her...!

I wonder she could choose songs from 1990 - 1997 movies, that are still attractive and romantic.

Yes, they are beginning to sound similar. I thought it was because she has been singing a lot of songs that are new to me.

yes vanajaakshiji,for me too the songs r very new,the song she sang when Kunal Ganjawala was guest that song i heard it 1st time...........i wish she sings semi-classical,old classics n popular songs😛

The choices this week were very good, i thought.She was just amazing both days..just listen on youtube,it is infectious-you might want to listen to the original songs too.

eh i donno...i thought the choices were mediocre😕 i used to like the songs she chose in the beginning (piano rounds)...the themes are pretty good, just the songs😕

I will. Actually, another song she sang a few weeks ago was also new to me and I rather liked her take and the original... now I can't remember which one. But quite often, I hear songs on these shows for the first time and then grow to like them a lot. The contestant's rendition often highlights the main melody clearly in a way I am not able to discern in the original track.

I personally thought, she chose a wonderful 'Tumhi to ho woh lamha jo' in the KG episode... And I personally liked her rendition too.. though she did slip on sur at a couple of places...

I wish she had chosen a better song in the Chak De episode.... But overall, her choices this week were better..

I thought Sumitra chose the worst songs this week!

I think she has selected most variety of songs (including a song sounding flat 😆 ).... and did well except losing lyrics once and stopping because of throat infection once to drink water....

she is extremely versatile 😊
