Interesting comment from Saturday's reflections and analysis topic on Sumita's song selection.
Sumitra finally sang something different, but here too, she chose a song with two voices. I grant she does them both excellently, but soon she will be marketing herself as "two for the price of one" and most songs are not written like that.
What are some other such songs (not conventional duets, apologies if the topic title is misleading)? Agreed most songs are not written like that, hard to think of even a few.
Here are some few "two voice" songs along the lines of HRHK and Morni. Most feature "contrasting" voices.

1) Kajra mohabbat wala (Shamshed Begum and Asha Bhosle)
2) Choli ke peeche (Alka Yagnik and Ila Arun)
3) Mann kyun Behka (Asha Bhosle and Lata Mangeshkar)
4) Ek Chatur naar (Manna Dey and Kishore Kumar)
5) Ek aur ek gyarah (Sonu Nigam and Shaan)
6) Do you wanna partner (Shaan and Udit Narayan)
7) Yamma yamma (Mohd Rafi and RD Burman)

I'd really like to hear somebody sing "aake sidhi lagi" from halfticket, sung by kishore kumar..although it is sung by 1 singer but has two different voices. The most likely contestant to sing this song could be harshit.

Well the article just says 'jaane jaan'... so it could be the 'jaan-e jaan.. o meri jaane jaan... nisha' song, or 'aa jaane jaan' as well... The comment following the song says that the judges said, 'nasha chha gaya'... so I am thinking it may not be the jawani diwani song after all
