He is a great singer for current kind of songs.... his voice has that seductiveness..... 😆 ...... he sang well as far as what i understood of the song......

aadesh said he was nervous.... kafi had tak accha gaya..... lalit said pronunciation me bahot problems thi..... feel bahot accha kiya.... jatin said u can be a very good singer..... 😊

Thanks alot for quick update.No stanbys today,it seems.Sad to lose Saptparna.

Very sad with today's judgement... Saptaparna was great and she had to go... we have lost another marvellous voice!

Supriya and Sushim - well was never too impressed, neither was today - I guess they had to go....

Toshi - what's the hype with him? Sharib's rendition of 'Laagi tumse man ki lagan' still resonates for me, and Toshi was nowhere close to him.. He was barely audible in the lower notes...Overrated (at least for this song)? Surely!

Not particularly impressed with Ira (lacked energy) and Rahul as well...

Prantika was very good... so were Harshid and Arindam....

Will miss you a lot Saptaparna... You are indeed too talented!

I did not watch whole show, but I felt that She was much much better than Ira Sharma. Ira Sharma was in sur but voice quality was bad and there was no feel. Satparna sang in sur and her own voice.... All judges are losers once again Khana-roti drama by Abhijeet... eewwwwww

Well what is fixed and what is not, none of us will know... Things look fixed everywhere, and that is a shortcoming of all the shows, not just this one! There is hardly anything real about the shows... be it any of them! The final 12 selected has been fixed elsewhere too!

As for the last line, that could be your personal opinion - but the contestants in this show still have the most noticeable talent - that either gets people to praise them, or downplay them (just to bring up some others!)... The saturday always has been a welcome treat with the old songs which all of them sing well usually... I am looking fwd to another great Saturday today!

I'm also looking forward to the Saturday episode. I like hearing the old songs and its a good test for the contestants. Last week, Arshpreet picked a different type of song from what she sang in the audition and Friday episode. She passed with flying colors. Toshi is singing Rafi saab's din dhal jaye tomorrow. Another different song from what he's sung in the past.

Yes they may not be "perfect" renditions but I still enjoying listening to them (if sung well).

I don't feel they're selecting contestants based on looks either. Ryan had "style" (according to Aadesh) but he wasn't selected. Shreeram wasn't selected cos his singing wasn't up to par last Saturday despite "looking good". They didn't pick Rani Hazarika after her terrible sajna vari from the auditions. And there's no reason why someone can't look good and sing well too. I'm sure things are planned in ASVOI as in all shows but selecting based on looks, for the most part, I don't think so. There could be other factors like judges praising contestants to the sky in the past. After that praise, if they criticize, I guess it makes them look bad. Bias. Regionalism, possible. The judges have their own personal grudges and make it too obvious at times, which they shouldn't. ASVOI is not a platform for them to lash out at others.
