no worries di to post pics use the image tag. first find an image at a URL with proper image extension (.jpg, .gif, etc.) for example http://z.hubpages.com/u/96720_f248.jpg and put it into an image tag like this:

[ IMG ] http://z.hubpages.com/u/96720_f248.jpg [ / IMG ] (without the spaces)

so it turns out like:
