Hi All,
I am new to this forum, posting etc. But I had to do it. As the shows which begin on a nice, promising note get dragged n stretched on you and a person tends to get irritated. I very well understand that if the pace of any show is upto us audience then the whole show would probably last for a month or so. I also get that the creatives need to stretch each incident into few episodes. But dragging a particular incident this long is what I dont get and without making any sense.
For example the part thats irking me the most is that so many ppl, like say- Tej, Rippanji, Nimrit's MIL, Mr. Oberoi, Dr. Kapoor and last but not the least Bubli know the identity of Natasha. But they dont open their mouths to let the truth come out. why???... probably becozthe creatives think everybody is waiting with their mouths agape for Natasha to wear a net saree with loose hair and streams of tears and trembling lips to run in slow motion into Agam's arms and reveal that she is infact nimrit ( probably a maha episode waiting to happen?) which would brig them TRPs and more green by way of commercials. By everybody I mean the viewers. But the creatives need to understand that just like we respect a show and make time to watch it after what not like a day's work, kids , home etc, they need to respect us as well. But I dont think so, maybe they take us to be stupid and dumb and hence are serving us some senseless antics in a soap. I cant speak for everyone but maybe some of us want justice served already, the truth be revealed by Natasha or somebody else, heck we might even love it if Bubli sneaks by n reveals it to Agam in her stammered but sweet speech.
And then there are those mindless gimmiks, all of a sudden people who are always there otherwise, disappear suddenly without a trace like Mr. Oberoi and Mrs. Rippan OR why Natasha keeps her eveil foes in her palace all the time, thus making the main charecter appear unrealistically dumb. I also read in another post that in this show they always show evil winning so easily. So true. The creatives should come up with creativity by keeping the story gripping yet sliding forward, but the current track shows that they are concentrating on making the viewers make fools of themselves, yes some of us are beggining to feel fooilish for watching a going-no - where - by - not - even - a - inch - show - where a Amrit is always smirking with evil pride and where natasha is always crying-with-trembling-lips despite a sleuth of intelligent, rich, protective and lovable circle of people around her(that's pathetic).
Today's episode was probably the last for me as I have run out of patience. Looking to move to another show. Having said that its not like this soap people have put a knife on my throat and made me watch it. but yes people tend to lose their interest if any thing is dragged beyond a point. This just my 2 cents.
