Mihir Mishra seems to be making a practice of playing a doctor. After his doctor act in Sanjeevani, Mihir plays a psychiatrist in Akela and now once again is being roped in as a doc in Kumkum. He is shown to be a close friend of the Wadhwas and will make an entry soon.
