Hi lovely people 😳😳

My name is Lekha /Lee and I am an aspiring writer and some day would like to publish my work.. I am currently writing a novel whose theme sorta made me want to recreate the storyline with Vikram & Shobha... I really liked how intense Viku's confession to his naani about his love was!!!

Also as a side note can anyone help me with making this a forum exclusive post??? correct me in my comment section here

Here is a little teaser of my novel Aptly styled for the forum ( With l'il changes here and there)

Set 5 years from the current plotline of the show

Ages of characters

Sharda -67 Vikram- 39 Jiya-11

Shobha -38 Rehaan- 11 Naani-- 75

(taking creative liberties with ages)

Those misunderstandings that Sarika/Madhura had created between us made her leave the kids the family and me behind... couldn't she have trusted us.. me .. her eyes when she left made my heart weep... realizations sometimes come too late.. and having let her go was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life... Come back to me my love... my heart is weeping... Wherever you are Come back to me my darling!!!

Happy ending type story ... angsty in beginning but yeah!! I won't disappoint ...worry not

Chapter 1

In sickness and in health

He made a promise to his love and ready he was to keep it... Vikram Ahuja remembered what he had said to Shobha after Sharda aunty had been shown what a wench of a daughter she has.. Sarika was exposed for all her deeds...especially driving away Shobha

*Flashback*

What would you ask me to do for you when you need me by your side Shobha.. especially when you are vulnerable?? Vikram had asked randomly face just shining with emotions

I need you to trust me and love me whenever I am at my worst... i need you to be there with me Vikram... in sickness and in health promise me .. Shobha seemed supremely emotional

I PROMISE..In Sickness & In Health... Always... he whispered sealing a trust filled bond with her.. unsaid words of love filling the air

*Flashback Over*

Shobha meant the entire world to him... He knew nothing about her whereabouts but he knew either Sharda or Garima knew where she was because everytime he spoke about shobha in front of them their faces would turn grim and unusually sad as if they knew something about where she was...

Garu can I ask you something? Vikram asked garima hopeful that she will lead him back to the one he loves immensely

Go ahead bhaiyya Garima smiled at him and let him speak to her...

I want to know where Shobha is Garima ... he whispered adding Mujhe jaana hai ke meri best friend meri partner kahan hai..

Ok... Garima had decided to tell him the truth. Bhabhi is in New York City for the last 5 years... She had blood cancer. she's in rehabilitation now all cured from her illness.. after Sarika di was exposed we realized that she kept falling sick... so mom and I decided

to send her to NYC to be with my cousin Aman bhaiyya a cancer specialist who helped bhabhi out a lot.. she never wanted to burden any of us not EVEN YOU!!!

go get her back.. go get your love and unite forever... She keeps asking about you... not one moment goes without her searching for you during our Skype calls ...

Vikram Ahuja had never cried before this but now his tears streamed down.. without shame!!!

He ran home smiling ... He saw Nani sitting there sharing chocolates with Jiya & Rehaan.. those babies of his he had adopted 5 years ago making them his children...

Naaannniii he screamed shocking everyone with his high pitched scream Jiya & Rehaan had unceremoniously giggled in unison... at the goofy antics of their dad...

Oye!! Chillana band kar khote!! bata kya hua Nani asked She was super excited to see her champ smile and scream after so long!!!

Shobha mil gayi Nani she's in New York City... Vikram said whilst he hugged Nani & the kids

The kid's eyes twinkled Really dad they asked him Mom ghar vapas aa rahi hai naa???

All Vikram could do was smile and whisper a small yes

498 words!!! almost 500 word target for the writer in me No more angst from my end !!! Phew that was hard for me to write ... More fluff tomorrow

A FEW POINTS that i want to justify

this is not an angsty story Angst is one emotion that I CANNOT write for the death of me..
My story has a few elements( of reality (incidents from my real life)
I have had people with cancer in my life (not blood cancer per say but cancer none the less) so that understanding has been put into writing
I will only be writing fluffy and light parts for this story from here on .. (For The Reason Please Refer Point 1.)
You readers can help mould the chapters...please leave themes or scenarios so that I can rope y'all into the storyline...

I promise that this story will have a happy ending!!!! loads of little snippet stories to come currently working on chapter 2 these stories can be read in a link/ sequence or as stand alone One shot... however you all like to see it.

Thanks for being patient with me lovely people of the forum
