The episode begins with Shobha and her mother's Skype conversation. She has asked her mother to look for her Degree certificates to aid in her job search. Shobha's mom questions her necessity to join workforce now, when she has a comfortable lifestyle as Samarth's wife. Shobha convinces her she will proceed with her plans as they do not have other options due to money crunch.
Her sister In law wants to help Shobha with their finances which she declines and tells her about her intention to work. .Her MIL overhears them and refuses to let her work. She would rather sell some of her properties to fix their money issue. Shobha gives a realistic picture about how sale of property takes time and time is of essence with the impending engagement in the family. MIL cares more about the reputation of the family and what would people think if Shobha starts working. Her SIL defends Shobha's decision and points to her mother,that Samarth has already brought ill repute their family with the scandal.
Vikram is busy complaining and making new secretary cry about her angrezi fashion and calls her MoTina ( his fav moniker) Angelina Jolie, Hema Malini and drives her away as usual. 😆 Shobha is shown browsing the job ads and comes across the ad posted by Vikram's company. Vikram's Grandma and one of his Staff member are frustrated with his regular firing of Secretarys. Vikram holds high standards of work efficiency and expects the same from his staff. His Granny offers to be his assistant until he can find a new replacement.
Samarth's mother visits him in the Jail and tells him about Shobha's decision to work. He is least bothered and scoffs it and tells who will employ her with her degree and lack of experience.🤢 He comes to know from his lawyer that due to Shobha's disclosure about some property, prosecution has decided to investigate deeper into his finances.
Vikram is shooting instructions to his granny , who is super slow in taking notes and keep up with his jet speed orders on her Ipad. 🤣
Grandma is at the parking garage and wants to reserve a spot for their office Car. The parking attendant is too busy to help her & Shobha who is on her way to the interview , decides to help her. She uses her presence of mind and whips up make shift barricade and reserved sign using some newspaper & ever ready tape and marker she keeps in her handbag. Grandma is super impressed with her intelligence and wishes such a girl to come in her grandson Vikram's life. 😳
Shobha reminises how she used to bring lunch to Samarth in his office when she sees a couple in the workplace. She enters a crowded lift and ponders how different her situation is now. 😭
Samarth and his Brother in law(BIL)Manager are shown at jail having lunch and he discloses how Shobha knows the truth after eavesdropping on their earlier conversation. She knows their true colors and is on a femisnist mode now refusing to listen to even MIL now. Samarth doesn't care and insists how Shobha is incapable of surviving without depending on him & her rebellion will not last long.😡
Granny is fed up with Vikram's complaints and places a bet that if he can get a secretary and stick to her for a month , she will not nag him to get married anymore & If he looses he will have to stop using hair growth products .😲🤣
Shobha and her SIL are talking on the mobile about cinderella & Prince Charming concept and strategically her sandal heel breaks and Vikram is shown entering the room out of her vision.
She goes to the reception to fix her shoe and Vikrams office Manager sees her coffee book where she has placed her resume. Vikram has been searching for that particular book for a long time and the Manager gets an idea of making the Shobha the secretary of Vikram .She agrees to work when she is promised a good pay package and contract on the spot.
