Suhaana got up holding her head with her fingers and screaming with pain and she called the servants and asked them to bring a glass of lime water.A hand forwarded a glass of lime water and while taking it,Suhaana looked at the person and it was none other than Namrata.Suhaana asked,"Daadi aap??"Namrata replied,"Ye le pee le sardard kam ho jaayega."Suhaani,while drinking replied,"Daadi please aap abhi lecture dena mat shuru kar dijiyega ke ye sab shaadi se pehle nehi karna chahiye and all.Vaise kal raat ko main ghar kaise aayi mujhe kuch bhi yaad nehi hai."Namrata replied,"Is ghar mein sahi mein teri jisko parvaah hai vohi lekar aaya hai."She asked,"Kaun??Mom ya Akshay bhai???"Namrata said,"Maine kaha jisko teri asliyat mein parvaah hai.Teri ma to apni so called beauty sleep le rahi thi aur tera bhai to khud hi daaru pee kar para rehta hai ya kisi party par hota hai aur vaise bhi maine kaha jisko teri asliyat mein parvaah hai aur agar vo kal nehi jaata na to shaayad tu aur hum sab aaj kisiko muh dikhaane laayak nehi rehte."Suhaana put the glass and then asked,"Kya matlab?Kaun laaya hai kal mujhe ghar?"Namrata replied,"Akash laaya hai tujhe ghar waapas aur kal teri nashe ki haalat ka faayda uthakar kuch log tujhe kidnap karne ki koshish kar rahe the,vo to sahi waqt par Akash waha pohoch gaya aur tujhe yaha lekar aaya."Suhaana was surprised thinking not her brothers and not even her mother cared for her but Akash saved her at the right time and brought her back to home.Namrata said,"Tum log Akash se jitni nafrat karte ho na,utna hi vo tum sabse pyar karta hai.Ha Akshay aur Dhruv ke liye usey itni parvaah nehi hai par vo apni ek lauti behen se bohot pyar karta hai kyuki usko hamesha se ek behen chahiye thi aur jab tu paida hui na he was the happiest person in the world.Tere ma aur baap se bhi zyaada khush vo tha.Tujhe pata hai teri shaadi ki saari shopping usne alag se US se ki hai aur tujhe jis designer ke kapre sabse zyaada pasand hai khud usse appointment lekar usne teri shaadi ka joda banwaaya hai usse.Kisiko teri pasand napasand ki parvaah nehi hai,shaayad pata bhi nehi hogi lekin Akash ko sab yaad hai."Suhaana felt very ashamed of her behaviour towards Akash and Namrata said,"Ab bhi waqt hai Suhaana sudhar ja beta,tera bhai kabhi tum logo ka bura nehi chahta hai.Usine tera credit card waapas se unblock karwaaya hai taaki tujhe koi problem na ho.Please Suhaana apna bartaav apne bhai ke taraf thora badal kar dekh,vo jaan tak de dega tere liye."Saying she took the glass and left from there.

Suhaana went to Akash's bedroom and then found Akash was doing something in his mobile.She cleared her throat and then called Akash.He looked at her and asked,"Nasha utar gaya?"Suhaana walked inside his room and then said,"Iam sorry bhaiya.Mujhe kal pata nehi kya ho gaya tha,thanks ki aapne mujhe bachaya."Akash replied,"Aaj se shaadi hone tak raat ke 10 baje ke baad ghar se bahaar nehi niklogi aur shaadi ke baad chahe jo karna hai kar lena.Abhi jaao aur jaakar araam karo."She was still standing and Akash asked,"Kuch kehna hai?"Suhaana sat in front of him and then said,"Vo bhaiya aajtak maine aapke saath bohot bura bartaav kiya hai aur aapne hamesha meri har galti ko nazar andaaz kiya hai.You know mom hamesha kehti hai ke aapke paas zyaada property hai isliye aap hum sabke saath naukro jaisa behave karoge aur ye baat vo bachpan se mere dimaag mein bithaati rahi and Iam sure vo Akshay aur Dhruv bhai ke saath bhi aisa hi kiya hoga.Maine apne aap ko aajtak samajhne ka mauka hi nehi diya.Iam so sorry bhaiya and Iam sorry for everything."She hugged Akash for the first time and Akash was feeling very emotional,but he controlled his emotions and said,"Achcha achcha thik hai,abhi zyaada filmy banne ki zarurat nehi hai.Vaise Viraaj kya aajkal tujhse milta vilta nehi hai kya?"Suhaana replied,"Milega kaise nehi?Uski himmat hai kya mujhe avoid karne ki?Main Suhaana Saluja hu,is puri duniya mein mujhe koi avoid nehi kar sakta."Akash nodded his head and then said,"Ok abhi ja mujhe office jaana hai aur tayyar hona hai."Suhaana nodded her head and then left from there and Akash smiled thinking at least now Suhaana's attitude changed towards him.In the dining table,Suhaana said to Yash,"Dad please mujhe meri shaadi ke liye venue select karne do,mujhe unke select kiye huye venue mein shaadi nehi karni hai.Aapko pata hai meri ek friend ki shaadi us venue mein hui thi and waha ka AC achaanak se kharaab ho gaya tha."Naina replied,"Suhaana ye venue Viraj ki mom ne select kiya hai ab larke waalo ki marzi ke khilaaf to hum nehi ja sakte hai na."At that time,Akash came there talking in his phone and then took his seat.After he disconnected the call,Suhaana said,"Bhaiya please mom dad ko samjhaao na ke main Viraj ke mom ke select kiye huye us tacky venue mein shaadi nehi karna chahti.I want a grand wedding and a grand venue.Ab shaadi to life mein ek hi baar hoti hai na."Akash took a sip from his juice and then said,"Taj Hotel chalega venue ke liye?And...bollywood style wedding?"He winked and smiled at her and Suhaana was so happy that she hugged him and replied,"Bhaiya you are just a darling!!I love you so much!!"Akash kissed on her forehead and then said,"I love you too."Naina's brows squeezed thinking how the air suddenly changed its direction and then she said,"Hum larke waalo ke pasand ke khilaaf nehi ja sakte hai Akash."He replied,"Kyu Mrs Saluja aapke honewaale rishtedaar itna bhi afford nehi kar sakte hai aur aap aise khaandaan mein apni shaadi kara rahi hai jo ek dhang ka wedding venue bhi choose nehi kar sakte?Strange!!Aap se itni bari galti kaise ho gayi?"Yash replied,"Akash c'mon us venue mein buraai kya hai?Ab jab unhone choose kiya hai to kuch to soch kar hi choose kiya hoga."Akash replied,"Dad us venue mein ye buraai hai ke vo meri behen ko pasand nehi hai aur phir meri koi 10 behne to hai nehi,ek hi hai to uski shaadi aisi honi chahiye ke puri Mumbai yaad rakkhe.Saluja's ki ek lauti beti us fatichar venue mein shaadi ke liye nehi jaayegi.Iam booking Taj for her marriage and Iam sure booking mil jaayegi."Naina replied,"Aisa karne se Viraj ke gharwaalo ko bura lag sakta hai.Shaadi ke baad pata nehi kaise bartaav karenge vo log Suhaana se."Akash replied,"In that case,main Viraj ko offer karunga ke vo shaadi ke baad hamaare saath aakar rahe ab main itna to kama hi leta hu ke main apni behen ki shaadi apne balbute de sakta hu aur vo bhi akele.Aap logo ko fikar karne ki koi zarurat nehi hai.Suhaana ki shaadi ka saara expense main bear karunga vo log nehi par shaadi Taj mein hogi aur main Mumbai ke best wedding planner ko contract dunga."He said to Suhaana,"Suhaana just do one thing for me.Tu bas apni shaadi ki tayyari kar aur apni shopping kar,baaki sab main sambhaal lunga.Bye everyone!!"Saying he left from there.After Akash left,Naina said,"Bas karo apni manmaani,beti to meri hai na,sehna to sab kuch usiko parega."Suhaana,for the first time,protested and said,"Mom aap hamesha bhaiya ke khilaaf zeher ugalti rehti hai,kya bigaara hai unhone aapka?Aapko pata hai unhone mere favourate designer se meri shaadi ka joda design karwaaya hai US mein."Naina was shocked at her behaviour and then asked,"Aur vo jis tarah se mere saath bartaav karta hai vo?"Suhaana replied,"Aap kaunsa achcha bartaav karti hai unke saath jo aap unse kuch expect karti hai aur bachpan se dekhti aayi hu mom,aap khud unhe apne aap ko insult karne ke liye indirectly uksaati hai aur phir bichaari banne ka naatak karti hai.Abhi aapne dekha na maine ek baar kaha aur bhaiya ne sab maan liya."Naina said,"Vo ye sab tujhe apne taraf karne ke liye kar raha hai."Suhaana said,"Kal bhaiya hi mujhe bacha kar le aaye the mom varna kisiko to meri parvaah hi nehi hai.Pata nehi maine hamesha bhaiya ki kitni insult ki hai...Main ab bachchi nehi hu mom ke aap jo kuch bhi kahengi main maan lungi,mujhe sab dikhta hai mom aur dekh lena aap logo ne jo unki yaardaasht ka faayda uthakar..."She looked here and there to check whether Akash was there or not and then said,"Jo aap logo ne Ananya bhabhi ke saath kiya hai na ek din ye sab pata chal jaayega.Aaj bhabhi ke vajah se hi bhaiya thik huye hai,par aap logo ne unhe ghar se nikalne par majboor kar diya.Sab pata chal jaayega bhaiya ko ek din aap dekh lena aur phir vohi unhe waapas le aayenge."Yash said,"Maine mana kiya hai na ke Ananya ka naam is ghar mein kabhi nehi liya jaayega.To bas!!"Suhaana left from there angrily and Namrata laughed and said,"Yash hawa apna rukh modne lagi hai.Vaise bhi hawa ko aajtak koi rok paaya hai bhala?Main to kehta hu ke ab mujhe is ghar ki bari bahu ke aane ki tayyari kar leni chahiye."Saying she too left from there leaving Yash and Naina totally disgusted.

[ Few days later ]

Akash always used to think about Ananya everywhere and for that he could not concentrate on his work.This unmindfulness of his didn't go unnoticed by Suhaana and Namrata.One day,Suhaana decided to talk with Akash on that topic and so after he returned from his office,she went to his room and said,"Bhaiya mujhe aapse baat karni hai."Akash asked,"Ab kya chahiye tujhe?Sab to teri marzi ka ho hi raha hai na?"Suhaana nodded her head and then replied,"Nehi mujhe aapse aaj aapke baare mein baat karni hai.Jabse aap US se waapas aaye ho tabse main aur daadi dekh rahe hai ke aap bohot lost rehte ho.Kya hua batao na?"Akash avoided the topic and said,"Aisa kuch nehi hai choti tu ja yaha se."Suhaana,was too adamant to leave from there and she said,"Aaj to jabtak aap kuch bataoge nehi tabtak main yaha se nehi jaaungi.Bolo na kya hua hai?Waha kuch hua tha kya shaadi mein?Aapki video game ki company ko koi loss dekhna para hai kya?"Akash didn't reply and then Suhaana after a moment asked,"Koi larki varki ka chakkar to nehi hai kya bhaiya?Aapko waha koi American larki pasand aayi hai kya?"Akash gave a surrendering look to Suhaana and said,"No vo American nehi Indian hai."Suhaana was shocked thinking that Akash had chosen another girl,she was very sad thinking that Ananya could never be a part of the family since Akash had fallen in love with another girl,but she was happy thinking that her brother had at least thought about his life and no one knew where Ananya was and so Akash had the right to move on.With a sad smile,she asked,"Tab to bhaiya ye to achchi baat hai na?Aap upset kyu ho?"Akash replied,"Main to usse pyar karta hu par vo mujhse pyar nehi karti hai."Suhaana replied,"Aisi kaunsi larki hogi jisko mera bhai pasand nehi hai.Aap fikar mat karo bhaiya vo larki hi unlucky hai."Akash nodded his head and then replied,"Nehi baat ye bhi nehi hai,actually she is married aur kareeb 9 saal pehle uske husband ne usko chor diya aur kabhi waapas nehi aaya aur uski ek beti bhi hai jo apne baap se aur uske sirname waale har aadmi se nafrat karti hai aur sabse mazedaar baat ye hai ke they too are Saluja aur vo aurat apne husband se bohot pyar karti hai,but pata hai sabse strange kya hai?Us larki ka naam bhi Ananya hai aur jis larki ki aakhe mujhe har roz sapne mein dikhti hai na,us larki ki bhi same to same aakhe hai."Suhaana replied,"Agar vo aapse pyar nehi karti hai to aapko bhi usey bhul jaana chahiye bhaiya,kyuki aap zabardasti to kisiko khudse pyar nehi kara sakte ho na."Akash accepted and said,"Shaayad tu sahi keh rahi hai,shaayad vo meri kismat mein hi nehi hai.Par main kya karu main usko chah kar bhi nehi bhul pa raha hu."Suhaana said,"Pehla pyar hota hi aisa hai bhaiya vo bhulaaye nehi bhulta aur aisa bhi to ho sakta hai ke aapke kismat mein shaayad koi aur likha ho aur jiske aapke zindagi mein aane ke baad aap us larki ko bhi bhul jaayenge."Akash shook his shoulder and Suhaana was happy thinking that at least Akash decided to forget that girl.

Next day,Suhaana came to ask Akash whether he had booked Taj for her marriage or not.On entering his room,Suhaana found that Akash went to take bath and she decided to wait in his room.Suddenly her eyes fall on a covered canvas in his room.She understood that Akash might have drawn something and so she walked upto the canvas and removed the cover of it to see the painting.The moment she uncovered the photo,she was very horrified on seeing the picture and it was none other but Ananya's photo.She moved away from the photo out of extreme fear as if a ghost was standing in front of her.She touched the photo and found that the colours were still fresh and she understood that it was drawn yesterday only.Her head started spinning thinking about the doctor's warning regarding Akash's health and also about the debt of Ananya that they had for Akash's improved condition.At that moment,Akash came out of his shower and then on seeing Suhaana asked,"Tu yaha kya kar rahi hai?"Suhaana was about to scream on suddenly hearing Akash's voice and turned towards him.On seeing the photo unveiled,Akash said,"Arey iska kapra kyu hataya hai saare colours abhi tak sukhe bhi nehi hai,ganda ho jaayega picture."He covered the picture again and in a trembling tone,Suhaana asked,"Bhaiya...ye...ye...kiski photo...hai?"Akash gave a sad smile and then replied,"Ye vohi larki hai jo US mein rehti hai aur jiske baare mein maine kal raat tujhe bataya tha."Suhaana received the highest shock of her life and then asked,"Aap...aap inki baat kar rahe the?"Akash nodded his head.Suhaana didn't know whether she should be happy for her brother or she should be scared for his health.She ran out of his room upto Namrata's room.On seeing Suhaana's condition,Namrata was worried and asked,"Kya hua Suhaana?Tu itna ghabraayi hui kyu hai?"Suhaana hugged Namrata out of extreme tension and then after her nerves cooled down,she said,"Daadi maine aapko kaha tha na ke bhaiya US mein ek larki se miley the jisse unhe pyar ho gaya aur jiski ek beti bhi hai.Aapko pata hai vo larki kaun hai?"Namrata asked,"Kaun?"Suhaana replied,"Vo Ananya bhabhi hai daadi.Bhaiya ko kisi aur se nehi apni hi biwi se pyar hua hai.Vo US mein rehti hai."Namrata was so happy on hearing that and said,"Main kehti thi na Akash aur Ananya ki Jodi upar se bankar aayi hai.Khud bhagwaan bhi chahte hai ke vo dodno ek ho jaaye.Samajhme nehi aa raha hai ke is baat se khush hu ke dukhi hu,ek taraf to vo Ananya hai jisne itna kuch kiya hai Akash ke liye aur dusri taraf uski tabiyat.Kya karu samajhme nehi aa raha hai."Suhaana confusingly said,"But ek baat samajhme nehi aayi?Unki ek beti bhi hai,ye kaise ho sakta hai?Kahi unhone dusri shaadi to nehi ki?Par bhaiya ne kaha tha ke unke husband ne unhe 9 years pehle chora,9 saal pehle to vo yaha se gayi thi.Kuch samajhme nehi aa raha hai."Suddenly Namrata remembered that Rahul too went with him and so she said,"Rahul bhi to Akash ke saath gaya tha na to usise puch le ke baat kya hai."Suhaana agreed and decided to meet Rahul that day.

CHAPTER - 23
