CHAPTER - 12

[ 2 MONTHS LATER ]

Ananya and Akash's relationship was on full swing as they decided to spend a lot of time together.Akash helped her in getting admission to a good college and she continued her studies.By spending time with each other,they came very close to each other.The more they spend time with each other,the more they realized that they were unable to live without each other.They planned to get married as soon as possible with everyones blessings.When they fully trusted their decision of marriage,they decided to talk with Sulekha about their marriage.One day,Akash invited Ananya at his home for lunch.When she arrived,at first,the servant opened the door.On seeing Ananya,the servant said,"Arey Ananya bhabhi,aap???Aaiye aaiye!!Hum sab to aaphika intezaar kar rahe the."Ananya was amazed on hearing how the servant addressed her.She asked,"Ananya bhabhi???"The servant replied,"Ha aapke baare mein Akash bhaiya hamesha baate karte hi rehte hai,isliye hume pata hai ke aap hamaari honewaali Ananya bhabhi hai.Humne to aapki photo bhi dekhi hai.Aap andar aaiye,daadiji aapka intezaar kar rahi hai."Ananya entered inside the house and gave a look around the house.The servant showed her Sulekha's bedroom and asked her to go there.

When Ananya went to Sulekha's bedroom,she found Sulekha was watching a photo frame.Ananya knocked on the door and cleared her throat to grab Sulekha's attention.She looked towards the door and said,"Aao Ananya andar aao,main tumhaara hi intezaar kar rahi thi.Yaha mere paas aakar betho."Ananya entered inside and sat beside Sulekha on the bed.She showed Ananya the photo which she was seeing and said,"Tumhe pata hai Ananya,ye kiski tasveer hai??Mere bete aur bahu ki...Akash ke ma baap ki.Mera Akash tab 2 saal ka tha,jab un dono ko Akash ko akela chorkar Akash ke nana ke ghar jaana tha kyuki unki tabiyat kharaab thi.Par waha jaakar vo log waha se laut nehi paaye aur ek plane crash mein..."Sulekha's eyes became moist.In order to console her,Ananya said,"Akash to phir bhi bohot lucky hai,kyuki usne apne ma baap ka chehra dekha aur uske paas unki photo bhi hai par main...main to dudh peeti bachchi thi,jab unhone mujhe anaathaashram ke saamne chor diya.Mere paas to unhe yaad karne ke liye ek tasveer bhi nehi hai."Sulekha put her hand on her shoulder and said,"Par tum dono ho na ek dusre ke liye."She turned towards Ananya and said,"Main jaanti hu ke tum dono ko apne ma baap ka pyar kabhi nehi mila,par abhi tum dono ko ek dusre ki taaqat banni hogi.Ek dusre ka khayaal rakhna hoga.Main jaanti hu ke agar mere Akash ne tumhe pasand kiya hai to tum laakho mein ek hi hogi aue mujhe tumpar pura bharosa bhi hai."She got up from the bed and opened her wardrobe and took out a box.She opened the box and took the golden bangles in that and said,"Ye Akash ki ma ne banwaaye the,apne bahu ke liye.Jab usne mujhe ye dikhaaya tha tab maine usse pucha tha ke itni jaldi ye banwaane ki kya zarurat hai?To usne kaha ke banwaakar rakh deti hu,kya fark parta hai."She gave a sigh and said,"Vo khud to tumhe ye nehi de paayi,par aaj uske taraf se main tumhe deti hu.Ye Akash ki ma ka aashirwaad hai jo hamesa tumhaare saath rahega."She inserted those bangles on Ananya's wrists and then said,"Akash ke kamre mein jaao vo thori der baad aata hi hoga office se."Ananya nodded her head and then went to Akash's bedroom.

Ananya went to Akash's bedroom and found that it was all poorly arranged and it was a perfect bedroom for a bachelor hich was waiting to be taken care of by someone sensible and caring and a very good housewife.Ananya decided to arrange the bedroom properly,when suddenly someone grabbed her from behind.Out of extreme shock,she screamed loudly.Akash laughed by grabbing her from back by her waist.She yelled,"Akash???Aise koi kisiko daraata hai kya?Pata hai main kitna dar gayi thi?"He replied,"Maine to bas aise hi ek chota sa mazaak kiya hai.Isme darne waali kaunsi baat hai?"She said,"Darne waali baat nehi hai??Aise koi kisike saath mazaak karta hai kya?Tum bhi na!!"He left her and asked,"Achcha ab ye bataao ke tumhe hamaara honewaala bedroom kaisa laga?"She,while continuing her work replied,"Bedroom???Isey tum bedroom kehte ho??Ye to insaano ke rehne laayak bhi nehi hai.Isse achcha to hamaare home ka store room hai.Main isi vajah se isko thora arrange kar rahi hu taaki ye na kisike rehne laayak to lage."Akash appreciated her efforts and teased,"Oho!!Abhi se biwi banne ki training chal rahi hai kya??Its ok for me,karo karo,jitna dil chahe karo,kyuki practice makes a person perfect.Achcha abhi na mujhe bohot bhukh lagi hai.Main jhat se fresh ho jaata hu,tum bhi hall mein chali jaao."She nodded her head and when she was about to leave,Akash again called him from the back and said,"Ab itne biwio waale kaam kar hi liye hai to ek aur bhi kardo,zara almaari mein se mere kapre nikaal do na please!!"Ananya smiled and then took out his clothes from his wardrobe and then gave them to him and finally left from there.

In the dining hall,Akash came and joined Ananya and Sulekha.She asked Ananya to serve the food to Akash and said,"Jab tum is ghar mein aa jaaogi na Ananya,tab tum hi khaana serve karogi Akash ko."She then said to Akash,"Aur aaj Ananya ne halwa banaya hai tere liye,chakh kar bataana kaisi bani hai."He replied,"Daadi achchi hi bani hogi na."Sulekha said,"Dekha abhi se hi teri taareef kar raha hai."Three of them then had their lunch.Akash asked,"Daadi vo main Ananya ko hamaara farm house dikhaane lekar jaana chahta hu,agar aapki permission ho to?"Sulekha replied,"Arey isme permission lene waali kaunsi baat hai?Ananya is khaandaan ki honewaali bahu hai to usey to ye sab dekhna hi chahiye na.Thik hai agle Sunday ko tu usko lekar jaana."Akash agreed.After the lunch,they all had a chit-chat together and then Sulekha asked Akash to drop Ananya to her home.While Akash was driving Ananya home,he said,"Tumhe pata hai Ananya,hamaari property jo hai na vo purey 1000 crore ki hai aur in saari property ka main akela waaris hu aur mere baad mera bachcha hoga...hamaara bachcha."Ananya replied,"Mujhe pata hai,par mujhe tumhaari property mein koi dilchaspi nehi hai.Tum mujhe agar ek kamre ke ghar mein bhi rakkhoge na to main,khushi khushi waha tumhaare saath rahungi.Maine apne life mein zyaada khushi dekhi nehi hai Akash isiliye,jitni khushi mujhe milti hai,main usime bohot khush ho jaati hu."Akash said,"I know...par vo kya hai na,tum mere ghar ki joint maalkin banne waali ho na to tumhe ye sab pata hona chahiye."By that time,they reached the home,Ananya opened the door to go out,but suddenly she told Akash to raise all the glasses.He was confused but still did that.Ananya then closed the door and surprising him,she kissed him.After a few minutes,she broke the kiss and said,"Bye!!"On the other side,Akash was so shocked with the chain of events that he forgot to react and after Ananya already gone inside,he returned to his senses and recollected what had happened and finally turned his car away towards home.

On next Sunday,Akash picked Ananya up from her home and took her to his farmhouse.On reaching there,he welcomed her inside and said,"Ye dekho Ananya,ye raha hamaara farmhouse.Tumhe pata hai maine ye decide kiya hai ke hum apni suhaagraat yehi manaayenge."Ananya said,"Achcha pehle shaadi to ho jaane do aur usse bhi pehle mujhe bohot bhukh lagi hai.Abhi agar mere pet mein kuch nehi gaya to main abhi behosh ho jaaungi."Akash had already ordered the servantsof the farmhouse to prepare the lunch by the time,they arrive.After having lunch,Ananya entered inside one of the bedrooms and took a long sleep.In the evening,Akash took her around the area beside the farmhouse on foot.They decided to leave in the evening,but suddenly it started raining and they had to cancel the plan.After they returned,he ordered the servants to make the dinner and leave for their home.Ananya said,"Koi baat nehi,inhe jaane do,khaana main bana dungi."He said,"Abhi nehi,pehle shaadi karke mere ghar aur zindagi mein permanently aa jaao,phir jitna chahe khaana bana lena."The servants too,after cooking the dinner left from there.Akash and Ananya had a full course of chatting all the time and Akash told her about his childhood.Later,they had dinner together.After the dinner,Ananya took a bath and Akash,too,without knocking came inside.Ananya,at that time,was standing in front of the mirror drying her hair with the towel.On seeing Ananya,in that condition,Akash and Ananya both felt very awkward.They,both looked into each others eyes and felt as if something was pulling them towards each other.Akash slowly walked towards Ananya in a hypnotized condition.They both walked towards each other and then suddenly hugged each ither very tight.She said,"I love you Akash."He too said,"I love you too Ananya."It appeared to both of them as if they didn't have any control over each other right at that moment.Without breaking the eye lock,Akash picked her up and then accompanied her in the bed.Next morning,while leaving for home,Akash and Ananya didn't talk with each other.All the while,inside the car,they recalled the incidents of last night and how,in the morning they both woke up in each other's arms.They didn't want that but it happened.At last,Akash broke the silence and said,"I know kal raat ko jo kuch bhi hua vo nehi hona chahiye tha par...ab kya kar sakte hai."Ananya replied,"Main us vajah se pareshan nehi hu aur naahi mujhe tumse koi shikaayat bhi nehi hai.I love you Akash aur mujhe tumpar pura bharosa hai.Its just,ek raat ne hamaare beech mein bohot kuch badal diya hai."Akash said,"Kuch nehi badla hai aur naahi kabhi badlega.Trust me!!"He dropped her to her home and before leaving he said,"Chahe iska koi bhi nateeja ho,main tumhaare saath rahunga hamesha."Saying he left from there.

[ 2 WEEKS LATER ]

One day,instead of going to college,Ananya,in a tensed manner slowly walked inside SC.After reaching there,she asked the receptionist,"Akash office mein aaya hai?"The receptionist replied,"Ji mam par vo abhi office se bahaar gaye hai ekmeeting ke liye.Vo aa jaayenge,aap unke cabin mein jaakar wait kijiye."Ananya nodded her head.While she was waiting for Akash inside his cabin,within half an hour,Akash arrived.On seeing her at that time,he was a bit worried.He asked,"Arey Ananya???Tum abhi iswaqt yaha???College nehi gayi aaj??"On seeing him,she stood up and hugged him.She was weeping.Akash understood that something serious might have happened.He patted her and asked,"Kya hua Ananya bolo???Kya tumhaari tabiyat thik nehi hai??Koi problem hai bataao??"He made her sit on a chair and asked,"Bolo na kya baat hai??Aise roti hi rahogi to mujhe pata kaise chalega?"Ananya licked her lips and said,"Vo...vo main...vo main..."He asked,"Ha bolo??"She looked into his eyes and replied,"Main ma banne waali hu Akash...Iam pregnant..."He was sitting on his knees and was looking blank after hearing her.Somehow,he asked,"What???Kab pata chala...ye tumhe..."She said,"Aaj subhe."He stood up on his feet and asked,"Aur kisko ye baat pata hai??"She said,"Kisiko nehi...Par ab kya karna hai..."Akash too had the same question in mind that what to do right at that moment.Ananya said,"Main tumhe ek baat keh deti hu...chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye,main abortion nehi karaaungi."Akash said,"Are you mad Ananya???Tumhe lagta hai main aisa karne ke baare mein tumse kahunga???Ye hamaara baby hai.Its our child,its our symbol of love.Main isey maarne ke baare mein soch bhi nehi sakta."Ananya said,"Par abhi tak main kunwari hu aur main aise to college nehi ja sakti hu na aur main naahi kisiko is baare mein bata sakti hu."He nodded his head and said,"I understand.Par jo galti maine tumse apni sachchai chupa kar pehle ki hai,vo is baar nehi karunga."She asked,"Kya karoge?"He replied,"Sach bataaunga.Humne jo kiya vo duniya ke nazar mein galat hai,hamaare nazar mein nehi.Chalo mere saath."He took her and left his office.
