CHAPTER - 8

After returning to the hotel,Ananya came to the restaurant to have dinner.One young couple who befriend her,too joined her.Whereas,Akash was having dinner with Natasha but not necessary to mention that his all attention was on Ananya and Ananya too was stealing glances on him.After having dinner,Akash ordered ice-cream for both.Akash's table was the adjacent one to Ananya's and when the ice-cream was served,Akash,in order to make Ananya hear,he deliberately said,"You know Natasha aaj na maine ice-cream khaane ka ek naya tareeka seekha hai."She was curious and asked,"Achcha???Vo kya?"He dipped his finger on the ice-cream and then licked the finger.Ananya,on seeing this was so much embarrassed that she was unable to look at him anymore.He looked at her with the corner of his eyes and Ananya was feeling like digging a grave and hid there.Natasha exclaimed,"Eeewww!!!Ye kaisa ganda tareeka hai ice-cream khaane ka.Chee!!So cheap!!!"Akash replied,"Dekho ma ka achar aur ice cream,ungliya dubakar khaane ka jo maza hai na uska koi comparison hi nehi hai.It feels so amazing!!"He looked at Ananya and bowed his head a bit and Ananya blushed.the young couples who were sitting with Ananya were looking at her each and every expressions.The wife said,"Ananya ji main tabse dekh rahi hu aap dono ke beech mein kaafi time se nain matakka chal raha hai.I mean...aap unhe chup chup kar dekh rahi hai...vo aapko.Aakhir chal kya raha hai.Hope you don't mind me asking this."Ananya replied,"Oh no!!Absolutely not!!By the way aisa kuch nehi hai jaisa aap log soch rahe hai."The husband said,"Ho sakta hai,par aapki aakhe to kuch aur hi bol rahi hai Ananyaji."Ananya replied,"Arey aisa kuch bhi nehi hai please,aap log vaisa mujhe mat sochiye."Both the husband and the wife laughed and the wife replied,"Hum log kuch bhi nehi soch rahe hai."The husband agreed to his wife and replied,"Aur vaisa jaisa aap soch rahe hai vaisa to kuch bhi nehi soch rahe hai."Ananya was confused and she asked,"Main kya soch rahi hu?"Both the husband and wife together said,"Vo to aap hi jaane."They laughed and Ananya nodded her head.

Ananya was sitting on her room and was about to call Shefali when her door bell rang.She got up from her bed and opened the door and found a waiter with a dish in his hand containing a chocolate ice cream and a chocolate packet.Ananya was surprised and asked,"Ye kisne bheja hai?"The waiter replied,"Vo aapke paas waale room mein jo sir hai unhone bheja hai."Ananya understood that Akash had sent her the ice cream.She asked the waiter to wait and then went inside her room and then wrote something on the piece of paper and then wrote something on that and then gave it to the waiter and said,"Ye jaakar unko de dena aur meri taraf se thank you bol dena."The waiter left from there and then he went to Akash's room and gave him the paper.He closed the door and entered inside and opened the piece of paper.It was written :-

Hai ishq nehi asaan kehte hai sabhi.

Par kya kare jab dil par dastak koi de jaaye.

Jinki palkein uthe to dua si lage.

Jinke ahaat se hi awara dhadkane tez ho jaaye.

Ae khuda hifaazat karna is maasoom dil ki.

Ke kahi hume ishq se ishq na ho jaaye.

Jab lehrein uthe dil ke samandar mein.

Tab ishq had se paar ho jaaye.

Kya khuda kare dil ki hifaazat.

Jab noor-e-mohabbat mehboob ka deedaar ho jaaye.

"I hope you don't mind,mujhe aapki poem achchi lagi so maine bhi thora sa add kar diya.By the way thanks for the ice-cream and the chocolate.Good night!!"

Akash had a big smile on his face and he said to himself,"Jitna usey janne laga hu aisa lagta hai har din ek nayi Ananya hai.Har roz apne ek ek hunar se waakif karaati hai,ab pata nehi kitne aur surprises milne baaki hai."He smiled upon himself.

The scheduled days passed by and it was the time to return to Delhi.Ananya went to the orphanage everyday and Akash used to send chocolates for them with her everyday and due to her dance training the dancers won the 1^st prize.Ananya was very sad when she came out of the orphanage.In the cockpit,she was sitting all quiet and on seeing her like that,Akash asked,"Orphanage ki yaad aa rahi hai?"Ananya nodded her head and then asked,"Aapko kaise pata?"He replied,"Chehre parne ki thori bohot hunar mujhe aata hai.By the way main tumhaare jitna itna multitalented to nehi hu."He then said,"Ek baat to batao,talent to tumme kut kut kar bhari hui hai,dancing aati hai,achcha gab hi leti ho,maine tumhaari awaaz suni thi Ankit ko lori ga kar sulaane ke waqt aur bohot achchi poet bhi ho.Phir ye achaanak se pilot kaise ban gayi tum?"Ananya smiled and replied,"Mujhe oochai se bohot dar lagta hai Captain!!Apne dar par jeet haasil karne ke liye hi maine pilot banna choose kiya."Akash looked at her with appreciation and then asked the cabin crew to prepare for take off.While they were in the mid-air,Akash asked,"Ek baat batao tumhe meri poetry itni muh zabaani kaise yaad hai?"Ananya was at first a bit uncomfortable but later she replied,"Jab aap vo bol rahe the main saamne hi thi,maine suni mujhe achchi lagi to maine usme kuch line aur add kardi."Akash replied,"Dhaasu likha hai yaar!!Main to tumhaara fan ho gaya hu."Ananya slightly nodded her head and at that moment,an airhostess came into the cockpit and said,"Captain!!Please help kijiye,vo Sunaina hai na usko ek passenger bohot pareshaan kar raha hai,bohot badtameezi kar raha hai vo har lady passenger aur crew ke saath khaaskar Sunaina.Natasha ne in fact unhe warn bhi kiya hai but...Please captain chalkar dekhiye."Akash was about to get up but Ananya replied,"Ek minute captain!!First Officer ke hote huye captain khud aise chote chote maamle niptaane jaaye ye achchi baat nehi hai.Aap yahi rahiye main jaakar dekhti hu."The airhostess replied,"Par Officer vo aadmi bohot bara nuisance hai,vo aapke saath bhi badtameezi karega."Ananya smiled and replied,"You don't worry.Let's go!!"Ananya left from there.

Within 15 minutes,Ananya returned and Akash asked,"Kya hua?Any problem?"She replied,"Nehi!!Problem is sorted out!!Everything is under control!!"Akash looked at her with wide eyes and then Ananya opened her diary to write on something.Just before the announcement of landing,Ananya went to the washroom and Akash secretly took her diary and started reading the latest page.There was an incomplete poem right there.

Kudrat ka taufa hai ye zindagi,Ekbaar isey jee kar to dekho.

Akash looked at the poem and then he took out his pen and after thinking something,he completed the poem.After that he quickly,kept the diary on its place and in the next moment,Ananya returned from the washroom.She said,"Captain please aap zara police ko call kar dijiye land hone ke baad on board aa jaaye."He asked,"Kyu vo aadmi abhi bhi pareshaan kar raha hai kya?"She replied,"ji nehi bas mujhe uska alcohol-test karwana hai."Akash then announced for the flight's landing and informed the police and they safely landed the flight.After coming out of the cockpit,Akash told the cabin crew,"Arey bhai jinhone itni badtameezi ki hai unke to deedar kar do."Right then the police arrived and Ananya showed them the way to the washroom.The police then brought the boy from the washroom and before leaving the boy threatened Ananya and said,"Tujhe pata nehi hai ke tune kisse panga liya hai?Ab tu apne din ginna shuru kar de kyuki ab to teri naukri gayi.Mera baap tujhe chorega nehi aur agar maine tujhe apne pero par naak ragarwakar maafi nehi mangwaayi na to main bhi apne baap ka beta nehi.Ab tu dekh!!"Ananya looked at him and smiled sarcastically and replied,"Flights shareef aur civilized logo ke liye hota hai,jungli jaanwaaro ke liye nehi aur mere flight mein to aise logo ke liye koi jagah nehi hai par agar galti se aise jaanwar jungle ka raasta bhatak kar aa bhi gaye to mujhe unhe insaan banana achche se aata hai.Jo ukhaarna chahte ho ukhaar lena.I'll be waiting!!"She then asked the police to take her.Ananya went inside the cockpit to take her luggage.Natasha whispered to Akash,"Ye larki nehi hai puri policewaali hai,kya sabak seekhaya hai isko pata hai.Pehle to us aadmi ne iske saath badtameezi ki phir jo kas kar usne tamacha maara tha uske muh par ke kya kahu aur phir uske per baandh kar aur uske muh par tape lagakar usey washroom mein bandh kar diya."Akash looked at admiration as Ananya came out of the cockpit.He said,"Yaar tum to har ek din ek ek jalwa dikhati ho aur kitne jhatke dogi ek din mein?Kamaal ho tum!!"She replied,"Vo kya hai na captain mera koi bhai nehi hai aur aise cheeze akele handle kar kar ke aadat par gayi hai mujhe abto.Abhi chale?"Akash nodded his head.

At night,in her room,Ananya opened her diary and then was about to write something when she found that her poem was completed.

Kudrat ka taufa hai ye zindagi,Ekbaar isey jee kar to dekho.

Khil uthengi ye kaliyaan bhi sang tumhaare,Ekbaar dil se muskurakar to dekho.

Ananya had a smile on her face and she understood that it was Akash who had completed her poem.She took her phone and called him.The convo :-

Ak :- "Ha Ananya bolo!!"

An :- "Captain Akash is tarah se kisiki diary parna bohot buri baat hai aur khaaskar ek larki ki diary parna."

Ak :- "Kyu aapko pasand nehi aaya?"

An :- "Nehi kavita bohot achchi hai aur thanks aapne meri poetry ko complete kiya.Uske liye thank you so much."

Ak :- "Aapne mera adhura pura kiya aur maine aapka.Isme kaunsi bari baat hai?"

An :- "Vaise jab main ghar aa rahi thi tab Mr Sen ka phone aaya tha ke vo jo maine ek larke ko you remember...uske father shaayad koi bohot bare influential industrialist hai jinke political connections bhi hai to unhone mere khilaaf complain ki hai management ko and Iam called tomorrow."

Ak :- "What???Itni bari baat ho gayi aur...Tum bilkul fikar mat karo dekh lena sab thik ho jaayega."

An :- "Mujhe kisi bhi baat ka koi dar nehi hai Captain!!Main handle kar sakti hu."

Ak :- "Ya I know you are a brave girl!!"

An :- "Ok captain!!Kal mulaakat hogi.Goodnight!!"

Ak :- "Vaise ek baat puchu bura to nehi maanogi?"

An :- "Nehi puchiye?"

Ak :- "If you don't mind to kya aap kal mere saath lunch par aa sakti hai?"

An :- "Kal baat kare captain??Kal to bohot kuch honewaala hai."

Ak :- "Hmm ya!!"

Ananya disconnected the call and both Akash and Ananya had a smile on their faces.
