Chapter 7
124th- 125th floor
Suddenly 4 men get in with arms. Gunshots had filled the room. "Don't try to act smart. Stay right where you are and no one gets hurt." People where running with fright as this was the first time a security breached had occurred. "I said STAY WHERE YOU ARE!"
"Natasha get down." screamed Rohit, running towards her. "What's happening?!" said Capt Zayed. "We are under attack you dumbo! Get down!!" replied Capt Rathore. The shot had missed Capt Zayed just by a few inches.
"Find the girl." said the boss.
Akash was beating up the men very badly.
"Stop now or the girl gets it..." The goon said with Ananya in his arms and gun at kept at her head.
"Okay. I give in. Just leave her." said Akash. His heart almost stopped at that sight.
The men tied Ananya's and Akash's hands and took them to the 125th floor.
Eye contact-
'Any plans?' asked Ananya.
'Yes, you bite him and try running and I'll try getting the knife out of my shoes.'
'Okay!'
Ananya bite the man and tried to run but was caught again since she fell down.
"Okay, enough warnings! She will get now!" said the man
"Okay... You got me now."
The boss came into the picture and both were in shock.
"How Akash, what are the plans that are supposed to place TONIGHT? Atleast for the girl."
"What plans is he talking about?" asked Ananya.
"Tisk Tisk Tisk, looks like the girl does not know... Tell her know Akash."
"I work for the DIB."
"What?! Anyways that's not important. What is important is that don't tell them the plan. Please don't! "
"Akash, tell us th plan and will let her go. Cross my heart and I hope to die."
"I have no choice."
Akash told them the plan that was to be executed tonight.
"Good boy, Akash. Now, men you know what to do."
The men beat up Akash really badly and threw him out the window.
"Nooo!!! Akash!!!!" screamed Ananya.
And before walking out- "Oh... And the girl, you can play with her."
"No... No... Stay away from me!" Ananya screamed as men where coming near to her. But fortunately speaking, the police arrived on time before it could be done. Even though her cloths were shattered, she was not harmed. Akash had landed on the 124th floor and the ambulance helicopter picked him up and transferred him to the hospital.
AT 11:00 PM, HOSPITAL-
"Get him to the operation theatre fast." said the doctor.
Ananya had come to the hospital along with him.
"It's all my fault. If I hadn't gotten in the way, none of would have happened." said Ananya to herself while crying.
After 10 mins, the rest reached. Ananya cleaned her tears and strengthened up to answer them.
"What happened up there?" asked Rohit.
"..."
"How is he now?" asked Natasha.
"He is fine. Doctor, how is he now?" asked Ananya.
"He is out of danger but he has to gain consciousness within an hour."
Kunal, Megha and Sheifali reached there too.
"Dee, how is Akash bhaiya?" all three asked.
Before she could answer, Ananya saw Kunal.
"You... YOU! Your asking how he is?! Your the reason why is in this condition..."
"What do you mean?!" asked Sheifali.
Ananya told the whole story about how they threw Akash out of the window the and how she was about to get raped.
"This guy is the whole mastermind!" Ananya said this, grabbing his collar.
"He has gained consciousness. You can meet him now."
"Thank godness" and with that Ananya went inside.
"Sheifali, Ananya was lying. I did..." Kunal trying to explain but was stopped by a slap from Sheifu.
"How could you do this? To me, to Ananya Di, to Akash bhaiya... I had started to believe in you... I had even started to fall for you... Just take him away!"
"This is not over yet! He will get all of you!" screamed Kunal.
INSIDE THE ROOM, 11:55 PM-
Ananya waited for Akash to open his eyes.
"Ana... Ananya... Is that you?"
"Yes it's me."
Akash tried to get up.
"You mad or what?! Lay down!"
"Okay meri rule book ki devi! Ananya, what's the time?"
"11:58."
"Ananya, come closer."
"Okay. "
"A bit more closer..."
She came a bit more closer.
"Just a bit more..."
She did so.
Akash moved a bit up and sealed his lips into hers with the background of the new year BURJ KHALIFA FIREWORKS.
Ananya was Suprised.
Ananya looked down, blushing.
"I love you, Ananya Rawat..."
"I love you too... Khadoos!!"
" Omg, rule book ki devi loves me..."
"You know you speak to much!" and with that Ananya kissed him back, passionately.
After breaking,
"New year, new relations!"said Akash.
"Yep, you said so!!" said Ananya, hugging him.
