First Episode (15th February) Review
I thought that the comedy between the mother and father was slightly typical of all families, but was nice. The mother's acting is good as usual, on par from when she was in Thode Khushi Thode Gham (Sony). It wasn't nice seeing the father spit out the water though.
The eldest bahu (who is currently seen in Tere Mere Sapne as Kamya) does a good job too, presenting a typical saas-hating bahu and the mother does a good job of acting like she likes the bahu.
It was quite upsetting that everyone blames Ganga for "an illness", but I guess it depicts real life. Ganga seems very understanding and religious, the scene where she picks Bel leaves is nice and her hair is extra long!
The bhajan, Hum Bhole Ke Pujari was very lovely, but ended not so well with the collapse of Ganaga's father. The part where she is blamed in front of everyone for taking the milk and making it "apavitra" was upsetting and it all seems false (she is being blamed for nothing important). Having white marks on her skin doesn't let Ganga interact with society is upsetting.

I think this is a nice religious/social issue based show, not too "heavy" as a drama but light for the afternoon. What are your views of the show so far?
