Where the heck is RV now that his mother is dead?
Did he do something to kill her is this why he is avoiding to show his face?
Some possibilites:
Perhaps he was also caught in the fire and burnt to a crisp..serves him rightđđđ.
He ran off with the servant girl he had been eyeing recently....
Maybe his father killed him as well because he got sick of all the failures that RV had.....
He has checked into a rehab centre down the street....
He is serving tiffin boxes to make an honest living.
He is doing community service work after the cops found out about him.
He is dealing drugs such a opium in the middle east....so many possibitiles.....
