Can Loha be a Good Leader (sarpanch) !!??

Well Loha is playing all the tricks to get ticket to satnd in election for Sarpanch..Sarpanch is Leader of village..Hes responsilibities is to over come Villagers problem in all ways..do justice in Critical situation..I can not find Loha has any sign of Being a Good Fair Leader..Yes he cn add his name in Selfish Leader Who Helps increase Hell of Currup tion In Country Which we have many now..

But He really cant do justice With people of village..He see all world with his Ego and Arrogance Glasses..Noone is ahead than him according to him..he was never fair with Women of his Haveli,as such with Noone..He can not take fair decisions ever..

Current sarpanch of village is Gental man..We saw him..hes nice man.. He takes Fair decision all the time..His recent Decision was ProveShali as Capable parent to Take respo of baby..Quite Fair..that was needed.. He never said shali can't meet thier baby..That was Loha's decision being the King of his Own Haveli..Loha can never be good Leader (sarpanch)..

People always get sucked in by a person's personality, magnetism and charm, and in Loha's case, his loud voice as well. With such a strong presence, few are able to see beyond it and figure out whether the person is good or bad, or whether he will be working for them or against them. On the other hand, a person maybe good, but they often don't make good leaders.

Loha will definitely make a good leader but he will be doing things more for himself than for other people. That is why he shouldn't become a leader.
