The doc has seen the effect of Shyamli on Shekhar, how quickly she managed to calm him down and make him do what she wanted.
So Doc, what's your IQ? Shouldn't your brain be working overtime as to what this probably means? Yeah! that maybe this man is from Shyamli's past life, and that he knows her.
Besides, this madman Shekhar called her Laali, who as the doc very well knows, is/was Shekhar's wife.
And here is where the doc should be doing some thinking of his own. He should realise that two people really could not be that much alike that a person, in this case, Shekhar is mistaking Shyamli for his own wife.
He should also be thinking that how come Shekhar who loved his wife so much that he went mental for her, is mistaking her for someone else.
Obviously a man, even in his maddened state, would not be calling a woman his wife unless she really was his wife.
Also, both the doc and Shyamli have been searching for Shyamli's past. So when Shekhar called the woman Shyamli by the name of Laali, why was the Doc surprised and shocked.
Why such a silly question to Loha? "Why is Shekhar calling my wife, Laali?"
Excuse me, Doc? Your so called wife has lost her memory. Both you and she are trying to jog her memory, and trying to find her past which maybe is staring right in your face.
So shouldn't the Doc be putting two and two together, like: Shekhar lost his wife seven years ago; Shyamli was brought to his clinic seven years ago. Coincidence or what!
Want to do some more investigating, doc?: Then try and find out the date, the month, the year Shyamli was brought to the clinic and Shekhar lost his wife. Everyone including the police would be aware of such a major incident in their area.
Oh! of course, I forgot you are Indians. You don't investigate.
As for the AJ writers, please, go ahead and frustrate us viewers some more by your silliness.
You see, if the doc did ask the above questions, your storylines would be all messed up.
