why the laali/thakhuraine/shylmi story

out of all the storylines the creatives could have come up with why oh why did they make laali forget who she was and turn her into a different character??? it messed up the show.
perhaps at first it seemed okay but the storyline was taken in a boring and useless direction which people did not enjoy... 😭 😭 😭 there are a million storylines that could have made the show better and also the new characters did not help....actually i am not sure different story lines would have helped because the main premise of the show the waris has happened.
now they want shylmi to have another waris please....

I totally agree with you...this is the worst possible track they could have followed. Im so tired of this memory loss track in all the serials. I thought Agle Janam was going to be something different but it also turned out to be just a cliched serial like them all. They could have shown Laali run away with her baby for fear of his life and bringing him up somewhere else, and oneday she could have been united with Shekhar again if they wanted to do a leap. Im so disappointed in the way this serial has turned out. I just hope that this new Dr character doesnt end up being a negative character and keep Laali away from Shekhar or something. And its so sad that the baby Shali were so waiting for does not know either of his parents as parents. Atleast he could have been shown being brought up by either one of them.😭

the show started off strong with its storyline, but went downhill after the waris story was over.
you ideas for stories are good. guess the creatives have no idea of what they are doing....

U know First i was not at all unhappy wid CV's when they had done this laali to shyamli thing..i thought may they wanna show us how laali having good life wid good people after suffer lot in life...so i was quite happ y..it was not best according to me but not bad alsooo......

well hopefully the doc will find out about laali and then return her to shekhar and he will be fine. i hope that happens soon. today the doc was so close in finding out about laali. he just did not see the picture on the floor. i really wish laali would get back to the haveli and look after her bratty son,....what is wrong with him....he has mouth on him....i guess due to lack of parents the kid does not know what to do and is reacting to the situation...do you think so??? 😉 😉

telenovelle, I rather like the "bratty" kid and his smart remarks. I think he is acting pretty good for a kid that age. If I were the AJ writers, I would have turned him out exactly the way he is acting right now.

Remember also, the "waaris" was not the only issue of the story of Agle Janam. There were many other issues (I will post this on the forum one day soon!!!); it is also the story of an upper caste boy, who fell in love and married a low caste girl, against his family's wishes (including his legal wife's 😆😆) and societal norms.

Basically, the story is of a low caste girl, trying to make her way in the world. (Just one of the many issues)

yes i agree the show was about other issues beside the waris, but the waris was the climax of the show and now we are in the anticlimax so people are bored. all of what happened to have laali give the waris was a storyline that was threaded into the waris premise. they were all connected.
however, i think the premise of the waris is to show how boys are so important and how a girl is sold and what can happen to her when she is from a low class family and other issues.

as we watched all those things that happened to laali such as being sold, marrying shekhar,
being treated badly and being taken advantage of the final thing was for her to get the waris.

i think the show did a very good job of dealing with many issues that still occur in india and other parts of the world. the show hopefully made people aware that selling girls and low caste/high caste issues still exist in 2010 and it is not a thing of the past.....



😭 😭 😭 that is my opinion about the show's premise... 😛
