Naxals Enter 'Bhagyavidhata' And 'Agle Janam..'

Naxalism is the biggest internal security threat that plagues our country today. Just switch on a news channel and you're bound to hear a story or two on Naxalite violence.

Well, this violence is now spreading to reel life as well with two popular dailies exploring the Naxal angle. While there will be no bloodshed, the Naxals will be seen kidnapping Shekhar (Abhishek Rawat) and Poonam (Neha Sharma) in 'Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo' and 'Bhagyavidhata' respectively.

A source from the sets of 'Agle Janam..' informs, "Shekhar's car accidently kills Lallan, who is Laali's brother-in-law. Laali's family blames Shekhar for their daughter Rekha's widowhood. The Naxals are livid to learn about this and they kidnap Shekhar. This sequence was shot yesterday"

Meanwhile, there will be no death in 'Bhagyavidhata' but the Naxals will kidnap Poonam.

"One of the members from the house pays money to the Naxals to get Poonam kidnapped. It's not Punpunwali bhbahi (Smita Singh) though. This time, it's a male member from the family who conspires with them.. I can't tell you who it is," a source from 'Bhagyavidhata' sighed.

However ,a reliable source from productions discounted the Naxal threat.

"Punpunwali will be getting kidnapped but there is no Naxal hand here. It's just involves a local goon. You have them aplenty in Bihar. Besides, Punpunwaali bhabhi is often the root cause of all evil," the production personnel added.

Abhishek Rawat and Neha Sharma remained unavailable for comment.

These kidnappings are expected to be telecast in a day or two. Keep watching 'Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo' and 'Bhagyavidhata'.
