Can anyone do an estimate how old the characters are in Agle Janam..i was trying to do the math

Apparently Laali had her "gauna" when she was 15- 16...its been a year so shes probably about 16-17
still in her teens but very mature for her age,Wikipedia says shes 19( nver believe those guys!)
Remember people in rural villages marry early that goes for men too.

On Wikipedia Shekhar is estimated at about 23..he's been married to Siddeshwari for 5 years..so he got married at 18! and Sidz is 21, so she was 16 when she was married. I can believe that Shekhar and Siddeshwari are in their early 20s and Ranvijay and Nandini are in their mid 20's..probably around 25-26.

Sumitra is 52..i thought she would be younger around 43 or soo..

Comments please..i was just really confused how old the characters were because Laali is suppose to be a young girl, and wikipedia made her 19 which seemed off

the ages don't suit the characters completely they all seem to be more mature.in my opinion.

sometimes i don't think the creatives care about the ages of the characters because sometimes they use older people to play the younger parts and the other way around. that does not look good at times because the actor does not fit the age. you can tell whether the actor is old or young by the makeup, wig or dress. i think they should try to use actors who are at the appropriate age for the characters. 😊 😊
as for the ages you mention...i know that laali is about 17 which is what i read. i can believe that shekhar and siddy are in their twenties. ranjavi seems like he would be in this late twenties, but gangiya is differently not in her twenties. if that was the intention of the creatives...bad job. she looks about forty something. the way she dresses and looks makes her look a lot older. i think kau and loha are in their fifties. the grandfather looks around the seventies.

some are still very immature such as ganigya, ranjavi, and siddy because they behave like teenagers sometimes. siddy is definately very immature in the way she behaves. she looks like a thirteen year old trying to figure out her identity. laali is very mature, whichi agree wit you. shekhar can also be mature when he want to. when he was mad at laali for a long time he was like little boy sulking for something his parents did not want him to have. jamuni acts like five year at times because of how she reacts to her mother. loha also acts like a immature boy of two throwing a tantrum. different situations make the characters behave at different ages, but some don't seem mature all and that they will never grow up....comments... 😕 😕 😕
