lali and shekhar hug. lali remembers sid saying its not good that sid is the wife and shes the raquel. lali moves away from shekhar. shekhar hears someone outside and goes to the window. lali comes next to him. shekhar says its late and to go to bed. shekhar closes the window and goes to bed. lali is making her bed on the floor. lali prays to the goddess photo and looks at shekhar and lies down. both are lying sadly with eyes open. shekhar thinks he loves lali, but hes married, if he touches her, hes doing what his pakandi family wants to do with lali, to keep her as a raquel, which he doesnt want, he has to think about ranvijay first and make preparations to stop him. shekhar sees lali is sleeping and gets up and slowly leaves the kothri.
shekhar is walking in the haveli hallway and goes to a room.
jamuni says she feels ranvijay told her to come there for no reason, and she came here like a fool, no one is here. ranvijay comes. jamuni says she thought he wouldnt come but he did. ranvijay says to say fast what work she has. ranvijay says he wont waste his time with how is he and to talk about work fast. jamuni says shes feeling pain from his anger, she thinks about him day and night, this never happened to her before, she cant take his anger. ranvijay holds jamuni and says is she crazy and wipes her tears away. ranvijay says what was the need to do that nonsense, he has a hot temper, hes not happy being far from her. ranvijay touches jamuni's face and says he had such pain because of her.
shekhar leaves the room in the haveli, hides something in his kurta and comes back to the kothri. shekhar takes out the gun from his pocket and drops a bullet while trying to load the gun. lali wakes up. shekhar hides the gun under his pillow and says he woke up to drink water and to go back to sleep. lali lies down again. shekhar lies down. when shekhar closes his eyes, lali gets up and puts shekhar's blanket over him and touches his pillow and finds the gun. lali holds the gun.
jamuni says to ranvijay she wont go far from him again or do anything to give him pain. ranvijay holds jamuni and says to go inside to get warm, her body will get cold here outside. ranvijay goes but jamuni just stands there. ranvijay says she will get cold here. two guys come. jamuni leaves. the men tease ranvijay about starting a fire. ranvijay pushes the men and is frustrated jamuni left.
shekhar wakes up and sees lali sitting and says she wakes up so early. lali doesnt respond. shekhar goes to lali and checks her head. lali shows him the gun what is this, she knows hes hiding something. shekhar takes the gun and says its nothing. lali asks to tell what this is. shekhar says someone wants to take the land, so he should have the gun so that the men get scared. lali puts his hand on her head and says on her kasam to say hes not hiding anything, is his life in danger. shekhar says his life isnt in danger. lali cries. shekhar wipes her tears away.
everyone is doing pooja in haveli. pundit sings mantras and says sita was with ram and had true love, thats why they were away from problems. ranvijay watches them pray and signals nandini not to say anything. pundit says ram was concerned about sita's life.
shekhar tells lali to stay in the kotri today, he has to go work on khet, what is the need to tag along. lali says she wants to go too. shekhar says what is the need to argue, she has to stay here today and keep the door locked. lali asks why. shekhar says its nothing, just not to go out. lali says she wants to go with him now, after that she will do what he wants. shekhar says hes scared about the bad people. lali says they should be together. shekhar says then there is more danger, not to be stubborn and to stay. shekhar says he will be back soon. lali shakes her head. shekhar goes out and closes the kotri door. shekhar thinks ranvijay wont touch lali in the kotri, lali is safe here.
