First thing first... I cant imagine Laali being pregnant 😛 . And i think CV's will know that. And more over once the baby is born... i am sure loha singh will kick her out and from how his character is sketched i don't think anyone will be able to differ with him.
there is siddheswari.. iam sure creatives surely have an idea of character change for her (because suku would not have opted for such silly role) and there is ganesia also.
So i dont think the baby thing will come along any near.
