I am a IF-member and since this post was made in a public forum, I am replying. Please understand that my reply is NOT targeted at you, Affy ... 😊

Yes, you are welcome, but only if you post messages **as yourself** ... with one ID only.

One thing I have noticed in I-F is that some members post messages using different IDs. They try very hard to hide the fact that one person is operating under multiple IDs. But the "disguise" never succeeds.

Member "X" may use multiple IDs to instigate debate or controversy ... and that is fine. The forum participation sees an "artificial spike", which in turn helps to popularize the show. I have *no problem* with this strategy.

But if member "X" uses multiple IDs for the wrong reasons, for example, to show that
*many people* are agreeing with "X" ... then that is childish and after a while, quite boring.

I fail to understand why educated (wo)men stoop so low. Why is it so important to have people agree with them? Do they not believe in themselves? Do they not believe in what they write?
Or is their self-esteem in shreds ??? 😉 😊

We are NOT competing to become forum leaders or to prove how cool and intelligent we are.

We are NOT interested in ego battles.

We are participating in a democratic manner to discuss topics where everyone's opinion counts (except the multiple IDs).

One more thing ... members must NOT be harassed. If member "X" is having personal problems in his / her real life, then the forum member is NOT the target for their vitriol. Take a long walk, ride the bike, volunteer at a hospital, get a pet, spend time with your loved ones, enroll in therapy ... do anything to vent the anger / frustration ... but please LEAVE the members alone.

If member "X" is lonely and depressed by events in their personal life, then please seek medical help. The Internet or Internet forum members cannot help ...

LOL, if that is the condition for u to welcome me then i think i m welcomed ..:D... thanks anyway ... never tried my hand at more than one IDs ...
