What Ranvijay did against his Father's wishes makes me think his character is positive...

yea he's definitely better than his father.

But he didn't save laali purposely, it was only because he got into an argument over Laali with this business man. because he wanted to check out laali first before accpeting her, but Ranvijay told him that he has to take her now, no matter what. and the business man got angry and told him to take laali away.

I dont know. He seems to get uncomfortable in the sad scenes so it seems he doesn't want to really be in the middle of them upsetting people. I think his character will develop.

I think he'll get influenced by Laali gradually and begin helping her

This time he did it by an accident but l8r he might save Laali on purpose

you never know what'll happen next
