He was sitting at the mandap his face covered by the garland of flower through his turban that he was wearing, scanning the crowd for something unusual in which he could catch the killer. Bikram and swati were moving around trying to find something uncommon too.
Trisha entered the hall her face covered in the pallu, led by a few ladies. They knew about the switch since they were family members. The guests had no idea as anyone could be a suspect so they had their face covered but she could still see everything through her transparent pallu.
Trisha looked beautiful, raghav thought. Not that trisha wasn't beautiful in her casual way, but it was different at this moment. She always surprises him. The only hindrance was her face which was covered. One peek was all he wished.
She sat down next to raghav. She noticed how different he looks from his usual wear. Good different, she added.
"Kya baat hai aap kitni khoobsoorat ho. Mai aapse shaadi karne ke liye ruk hi nahi sakta", he said as he moved closer to her ear to mention this to tease her.
"Raghav! Case pe concentrate kare please. " she mentioned thanking the pallu which made her blush face hidden.
Rajbir did as he was told from the ear piece in which the actual pandit spoke. Raghav was scanning each and every person. He had no luck yet. They moved towards the flame to do a vidhi and banged their head again. "Ow"
"Trisha phirs-"
This time instead of arguing with him about this stupid myth she banged her head forcefully into his as she was already frustrated over finding the killer and going undercover as a bride.
"Ow itne zor se - "
" Double good luck ke liye ", she said sarcastically.
He turned around and right at that moment he found the person he was looking for. He was just about to shoot towards Rajbir. Raghav motioned bikram. Raghav got up pointing towards a random guy.
Bikram ran and kicked the gun away. Trisha got up too.
"Ab tum apna mask nikal sakte ho Ramesh. " said raghav.
" Par tumhe kaise-"
Rajbir removed his mask too. "Tumhe lagta hai sirf tumhe ye trick aata hai?" said Rajbir.
"Woh kya hai na tumne apne neck ke paas se apne mask ko barabar glue nahi kiya hai dekhlo ", said raghav.
He removed his mask and went to put it down but removed his knife from his boots and kept the knife at a random lady.
" Apne haath upar karo aur asli pandit mere havale karo warna mai isse maar dalunga. " said ramesh.
Raghav was standing behind trisha.
" Raghav apni gun nikalo and shoot him. Woh tumhe dekh nahi sakta. Do it. " whispered trisha.
" Trisha koi apne shaadi me gun laata hai. I mean dekho maine kurta pyjama pehna hai gun kaha se launga. "
" Oh god. Do one thing. Mere left side pe waist ke paas pallu ke peeche ek gun hai. Take that and shoot him. "
" Trisha-"
"Do it raghav. Fast. "
How can someone carry a gun and a saree, raghav wondered. But it was trisha. And she was always so unpredictable. That's why he had fallen for her. She was unlike other women.
Raghav came closer to her. He tried not to touch her. He had to focus on the case. He took the gun from her waist, but while doing so brushed her stomach unknowingly. As soon as he could he shot ramesh on his hand. Bikram and swati caught him and took him to the nearest room to interrogate him.
When raghav touched her she felt butterflies. The situation asked him to do it. There was no choice. He handed her the gun murmuring a sorry and who takes a gun to the wedding.
Raghav blushed too while moving into the room where ramesh was kept remembering the incident. Trisha followed his lead blushingly too.

In the room where a doctor finished dressing his wounds and moved out.
"Raghav tumhe kaise pata chala isne khun kiya hai? "asked swati.
" Uss din jab mai aur trisha uske ghar pe gaya tha tab maine uske ghar me ek biology ki book dekhi. And ek hotel manager ke paas ek bio ki book kyu hogi. Fir jab maine suna ki uske fiance ki death ho gayi maine socha ki koi shaadi karne jaata hai toh aaj kal jagah pehle decide karte hai. Toh hall dhundte time woh inn sab pandit se bhi mila hoga. Aur ramesh bilkul beech me rehta hai jahan ye sab murder hue naturally woh apne ghar ke baaju me jagah dhund raha hoga shaadi ke liye. " said raghav.
"Ab tum apna reason batao", said trisha.
"Mai ek asassin hu. Muje mere aadmiyo ne kisi ka murder karne bheja tha. Maine undercover hotel me naukri le li. Par muje neha mere fiance se pyaar hogaya jo wohi hotel me kaam karti thi. Maine mera ye bura kaam chod diya aur hotel me mera kaam karna permanent kar diya. Hum shaadi karne wale the. Hum jagah dhund rahe the aur humne Inhi pandit se humara future ke bare me pucha tha. Un sab ne kaha ki humara future me khatara hai aur khush kabhi nahi rahenge. Jab usne ye baat apne parivaar walo ko bataya tab unhone mana kar diya shaadi ke liye aur usse mujhse dur gaav le gaye. Par hum ek dusre se bohut pyaar karte the so usne ek bus pakadli yaha ke liye bhaag ke shaadi karne par aate time uski bus pahad se gir gayi aur uski maut hogayi.
Uske parivaar wale in pandit me bahot bharosa karte the. Unki saari baaton mein.
Uske parivaar walo ne mujhe iske liye zimedaar tehra. Unhe laga ki unki beti ke future me khatra mai tha, jaise inn pandit ne kaha. Inhone meri life bigad di. Mujhse mera pyaar cheena. Isliye maine apne purane saathi se gun ka bandobast kiya aur inka khoon kiya.
Inhone inn saari shaadi ko approve kiya hoga isliye maine socha ki inko dusre shaadi karte time hi maru. Tabhi toh Inhone Khud ko khatra nahi samjha hoga kisi ke shaadi karte time. Maine jo kiya apne pyaar ko jinda rakhne aur apne neha ka badla lene. " said ramesh.
" Ab tum apna pyaar jail me manana. "said raghav.
" Rajbir bikram isse le jao yaha se. "said trisha.
After they moved out raghav and trisha were left in the room.
" Good job raghav. Another case solved. "
" I owe this to you. Tum ne woh good luck sar pe maara nahi hota toh woh milta nahi muje", he chuckled.
She rolled her eyes in response. He will never change.
"Ab case khatam hogaya toh shaadi bhi Complete kar lete hai", he added with a wink.
"Oh come on raghav woh shaadi nakli thi. "
" Mantra toh asli the. ", he added with a mischievous smile.
" Han han Rajbir ke haathon ", she added sarcastically.
" Koi baat nahi future me Complete kar lenge",he said huskily to her while winking at her and leaving a stunned trisha behind.
She wondered did he indirectly propose her, she was hell confused. She never understood his teasings.
But little did she know later in the future, that he wasn't kidding, they do end up getting married in the same hall.
