The next morning he went to the coaching centre so early that even his friend's won't around he could see every1 was shocked to see at class without them but he dnt care. He went and sat in his usually place in the back of the class pretending he was on the phone but his eyes strayed to her seat all the time and eventually he got sad and than angry that she hadn't come and damned her for her stubbornness. He had hoped that maybe she would change her mind and come back but he should have known better. He than looked at Babloo and saw that he had been doing the exact same thing as him and was also getting sad and that did it for him he could handle everything but could never see his brother unhappy. He got an idea and smiled coz he knew no matter what he would complete what he set out to do and consequences be dammed. Since he had no book or pen he couldn't take down any notes but he started paying closer attention to what Babloo was saying from what he could understand basically the exam paper was going to trick u at every step and the easier the question the more probability that the answer u would think is right is wrong. So u where going to look at the question word for word to make sure that u won't caught out. After the lesson Pintu went up to Raj and took his notes from him and left leaving him shocked he photocopied his notes and than gave the notes to some1 to give it back to him but the person ran of to also photocopy his work. He couldn't help but smile but than went straight to Babloo's office and got his lecture notes of his computer as well and than took out Krishna's file he looked over it and than updated it and went home.
Late at night pintu managed to leave home unnoticed with a bag and drove to his destination. When he was near he switched off his bike and pushed it the rest of the way to Krishna's house he stood outside for a while and wondered what the hell he was doing why did he have so much faith in her that he would think that she would still be awake and not in bed? And if he did manage to somehow get into her house what if some1 saw him before he found her room what in the world was he going to say to them. And how in the world was he even going to get into her house it wasn't like he had a certificate in housebreaking. But he somehow managed to push those thoughts aside and told himself that whatever he was doing was for his Babloo and he would manage somehow once he was inside. And in any case this was only the 1st part of his plan the next part was going to be even harder.
As he creeped in their yard and got closer to their front door he saw it wasn't locked properly his immediate thoughts was how could they have slept without closing their doors properly. But than said to himself that Vidya chacha was always responsibly and won't have slept with the doors open he had been about to push open the door and go in when he stopped. He looked at the staircase and thought maybe it was Krishna who had opened it and was up there and so he went up praying that he dnt meet with any1 besides her.
Krishna was sitting at her usual place on the terrace she was restless she had never gone a day without studying and the last 2 days had been awful. She didn't know what to do with herself she tried to tell herself that her decision to get married was right but still she couldn't stop thinking that her finals was coming up. She wondered to herself why was it so hard for her dream to be made a reality just when everything was in her reach it suddenly disappeared. She had been so absorbed in her thoughts that she hadn't heard Pintu's footsteps until he placed his hand on her mouth and brought her close to his chest and told her it was him and told her not to struggle or say a word otherwise he wasn't going to let her go. He asked her if she understood and would keep quite and she nodded. He slowly let her go and when he did she looked at him angrily and asked him what was the meaning of his behavior how could he come so late to her house and he had to leave immediately. Pintu looked at her arrogantly and said no and before he could say anything more she grabbed his hand and moved to take him downstairs but he pulled her back and she spin against him. They stared at each another for a while one arrogantly the other angrily until they noticed how close they where to each another and they let go of each another.
Pintu finally said I came here to talk to u and I am not leaving until u have heard exactly what I have to say to u, Krishna looked at him sternly and said say what u want and go. He took his bag of his shoulder and got her file out and handed it to her and said that he came to tell her that she needed to pay the fees that she owed to Babloo within 3 weeks otherwise he would personal hand her over to the authorities for unpaid fees. She embarrassing said that she knew that her fees where not up to date but that Babloo had told her that when she had the money that she could pay her fees. Pintu smirked and said that how where u possibly going to do that now that u are getting married and not going to be a bdo? Krishna was shocked that she and her family had never considered this as she heard him say what where u and your family planning to do not pay forever or where u planning on asking your new in laws to pay for u. He could see the gravity of what he said was sinking in so he was silent for a few seconds to allow her to think. Krishna than said that she would speak to Babloo and they would come to some sort of agreement. He smirked again and said Krishna I didn't think u where 1 to not repay your debts u know if u speak to my brother that he would tell u that u need not worry about the fees u owe. But I am telling u that u need to pay up no1 takes undue advantage of my brother and gets away with it and certainly not u. If u want to repay your debt I have a way for u to do that and she immediately asked how and he paused and said that for the next month she would help him prepare for the bdo exams. She immediately said that would be impossible and in any case how could he write the exams he hasn't even been for any of the bdo interview yet so he won't be able to write the exams. He smiled and told her my name is Pintu Singh I can do anything so no need for u to worry your head about what happened before coz I can easily change that. Krishna was immediately incensed and said I will not help any person who plans to get to the top corruptly if u really want to be a bdo than do it like every1 else. Now that u have said want u wanted get out and don't u ever come near me again Pintuji and no need for u to worry your head on how my fees are paid coz they will be. Pintu looked at her angrily but than got a pen from his bag and took the file from her hand and wrote his number on it and said when u see things clearly give me a call and left it where she had been sitting. And in my bag are all the notes that Babloo would be using to for the next few weeks to prepare every1 for the exams I suggest u learn it properly he moved to leave but stopped at her side and said I know that u will take the right decision and left.
When he reached the staircase he turned back and looked at her lonely figure and in his mind said sorry krishna for having to be so mean to u but u still have a lot to learn before u write your exams and this is the only way and left. The next day was extremely hard for both of them neither could concentrate pintu looked at his phone a thousand times and Krishna couldn't stop looking at her clock. She just didn't know what to do if she didn't do what he said she had no doubt he would carry out his threat she won't put it pass him to come on the day she got married immediately after her last pheras and make his demands. She tried to understand him he was reckless, she knew he gave bribes and so loved taking the easy way out but she sensed he would always do the right thing in the end. She remembered him giving her scarf back and offering her a lift to get the exams papers even though she knew he had heard what the other students had said how she would never be able to afford the paper. And whatever he had been doing till now trying to help her get out of the marriage wasn't so he could gain anything from it quite frankly his talk to Swati if she was to be honest honest to herself actually made sense if one thought about it. But still how could she help him when she knew that he was trying to get his way through illegal means she just dnt know what to do.
