Showbiz types usually tell us they like Delhi's roads, the food, even the language with its strong Punjabi accent.
But they're hardly ever able to find the time to visit monuments and other landmarks in the city. However, TV actor Mitali Nag made sure she did.
When we met her at a recent awards show in the capital, she told us she was was excited about her first visit to the capital since her show went on air. The actress, who is seen as Krishna on Afsar Bitiya, told us, "Delhi has a unique charm. I haven't been able to get the time to visit the city ever since my show went on air."
So, this time, when the opportunity beckoned, she made full use of it. "Even though I didn't have much time on hand, I ensured that I went to India Gate, which is the pride of the city. Just standing there at the place made me feel proud," she said.
