Want Pinto to be a
1) NGO activist - considering the seva bent of his mind, he will make an excellent welfare cause activist
or
2) Political Party Activist - He can easily become a youth wing leader of any leading political party in his region. He has the charisma to be a leader.
or
3) Self-sustaining job - This is the dilemma of the writers. They still haven't been able to put Pinto into any job. And personally Pinto the character is not a person who can sit stuck to desk job. So he needs on-field job. At best he can become an entrepreneur taking advantage of Govt Rojgaar schemes where they promote self-sustaining economic projects related to the region under agriculture, sericulture, horticulture, local crafts conservation, rural development schemes, housing projects, road projects, water related projects, small-scale industries like auto-ancillary parts manufacture and the list goes on...Pinto can pick anything out of the available rozgaar schemes in entrepreneurial pursuits.
Pinto can pick examples of
Rahul Gandhi - good for nothing fella pitted to be the next Prime Minister.
Varun Gandhi - atleast better than his cousin Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi. And at least his mother Maneka has done far better than Sonia Gandhi. Can learn from her. And even his Dad Sanjay was far better than Rajiv Gandhi, even if he was hot-tempered and ill-advised. He atleast thought of containing Indian burgeoning population in 70's forcefully inducing men to absorb family planning solutions.
Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia : At such a young age made a mark. Ofcourse goes to lineage and father's credit. But still has the charisma. Wish, all the veterans of Congress die and these young people get to play their role.
