but i agree...we can force them to get chabhi back...afterall they kept rajat as prc for a long time due to viewers demands.

I can only say...after having been in Delhi almost a week...i am even more dissapointed with the scenario in Indian TV..versus my last trip in December....star plus i find is still somewhat leading though in soaps at least..however others are not too far behind..i think people are mainly watching prime time soaps...balaji serials..and a serial called bidai seems to be the leader at the moment!!!!..it comes at 9 pm...i suppose thats also why....other than all this..it is absolute rubbish with repeats of various shows...which is why i am now having doubts.........wether this break has actually got to do with finding a better slot for aek chabhi???..infact i am pretty certain there are decent amount of slots available....lets see..i am going to try and find out what is happening....

I know what you mean..but you know my dear..theres got to be a catch as to WHY Bidai has such a fantastic slot..now we dont know how these channels work...

i know how thease channels work ..... if u r a senior or u hv a say in channel u can hv a prime time slot .....which is hit.....ok... if u r junior u hv slot like chaabi.... then u hv to prove it....but if u are succesful then its direct competition with your seniors[ btw its beurocracy] and u cant fight with that......THINK????????????/

Irrespective..i am very dissapointed at the scenario altogether!!!...i have loads of channels but really dont know what to watch!!!..i mean apart from an American comedy or film here and there..but as far as Indian channels go..i am really at a loss..i guess i need to get some DVD's and watch..that seems the only solution!!!...other than that i have no choice but to watch Bidai and Kasturi..unless i am out or then have my dinner in my own room seperately and not with the family!!!...

ok watch BAARAKA{ its a film without dialogue] three camaramen visited 25 countries and capture the visuals. watch please and u will be thankfull to me....i m sure. [ BAARAKA is a sufi word means ...essence of life]

ok..i will try get it..it sounds weird though !...i have just switched to 9x..they are showing yeh hai jalwa..if i remember correcly varun badola had some contibution in this show...it seems awful..it seems every single channel..on sat nights is showing these kind of shows..i have flipped various channels...i am thoroughly dissapointed!..with peoples tastes!!!

i will suggest u great films .....and i m sure u will enjoy....... instead of watching bad stuff. ok

i agree with mansi...u always have the remote..use it! switch to discovery or history channel. watch some movies...read a book...chat with ur family rather than watch crappy shows.
another thing is that there is no point in getting judgemental abt ppl's tastes. the shows telecast on star plus and zee tv appeals to a certain section of the audience(housewives and senior citizens) and not all indians in general. these channels due to commercial reasons have decided to focus on this audience as its very easy to retain the loyalty of this audience. but yes in india too there are channels which focus on different section of people like mtv, business channels, ngc, discovery and they are all successful in their own way. now the question is does a show like achpm fit in a channel like star plus? i wud say it does...if the channel wants it to...these days shows based on small town protagonists are in(bidaai is an example of this).
