Not that I have any experience in drinking bhang, but cannot believe that the effect would be that instant 😕 I think he was definitely in a very playful mood..and as has been said already, bhang makes you do more of whatever you were doing so it just amplified his playfulness...I just don;t think he realised how much 😆 😆
