Get up at 8.. rush to office by 9... leave at 7.. spend time with kids until 8.. cook, wait for hubby who's having an affair with his office these days and doesn't turn up until 11... have dinner and go to sleep.. but there are days where I walk for about an hour in the morning or in the night in the desperate attempt to lose weight but those have been about one a year... good, don't oyu think?

Oh.. those are the best... get up at 11... laze around.. lunch and laze around and in the evening spend time till late with friends or catch a movie.. back home at 12/1 and then sleep again...

None... I was in the same school from 2yr 4 mths to 15 years.. how boring na... but i ensured i changed teachers and classmates... made them go so crazy that they had to leave

Maths and Science.. I am an engineer you see...
were u the bookworm or the naughty one in school?

Worms... No way... the naughty one... every teacher wanted to punish me.. but couldn't as I was also reasonably good

any sweet childhood memory from school?

Actually its not very sweet but the one that stays with me coz I cheated.. When I was in fourth class, I was the class monitor.. we had a slip test in the school (pop quiz) and everyone finished it and the teacher asked me to collect the books and leave them in the almirah... I figured that I got one question wrong and me and my friends changed it while putting the books in the almirah... it stayed with me that I misused the trust that was placed...

and another funny one is.. when we were in 3rd or may be fourth class, there was this Math teacher who was really bad and we always wanted her class to finish quickly... someone had told us that if you sneeze three times during the class, the class will finish quickly.. so, there were three of us, two boys and me sitting next to each other, who would roll small sheets of paper and keep stuffing our noses till we sneezed and I am sure just in that effort, the time would pass quickly and we used to think that it really works and the class ended quickly... its just unbelieve what kind of stories we cook up in school...

I think Mech engg... we used to have so much fun... after lunch everyday, we would have practicals.. and there would be only 15-20 people in one lab.. so, there would be these 2-3 folks who would do all the work and the rest of us would come out and sit on the stairs outside the lab and have so much fun... exams ke time mein, we used to take these 2-3 guys, get it all explained and prepare in one day.. why waste so many good aafternoons for the practicals?
were u ever bullied as a kid? how did u deal with it?

yaar... i was the one who was bullying all the time.. actually in mech engg, i used to rag my juniors quite a bit.. all in good spirit.. never went out of line.. but there was this girl who was called.. she was fine as long as my friends were talking to her, but the minute I asked her something, she started crying... I was so surprised.. apparently word went around that I was the tough one.. but believe me, we are all good friends today..😉
from age did ur mother let u go alone to school?

My mom was doing her MA so she sent me to school when I was 2 yrs 4 months... which was a revolution then.. but I had an elder brother in school to take care of me.. I guess i was 7 when I started walking to school with my own set of friends.. Apparently I refused to have lunch with my brother and his friends after UKG

hmm.. let me think... we were a set of 10 girls going to St. Ann's (if anyone's from hyd, they would know..).. we all used to travel together in the RTC Bus (City buses).. one day we were making so much noise that the conductor came and warned us quite a few times.. and we refused to listen.. there were quite a few people who were bugged by us.. finally, they stopped the bus and fought with us and we had to get down the bus and board another... its kinda good feeling that we were so naughty..
any sweet memory of ur graduation days?

Hmm.. I already mentioned right.. but let me narrate another story.. wow.. I am actually surprised that I remember so much... we were three very close friends in graduation who used to sit together always... one day in a boring lecture.. we just continuously kept talking.. actually we used to talk in all classes except one.. so, were continuously talking and suddenly realized that there was poora sannata in the class all of a sudden.. i looked around and there was no sound.. Looked at the prof and he was looking at us... I nudged my friends and they came back to senses too.. apparently the prof had called us three times by then and finally he looked at all of us and asked "Over?"... we nodded our heads...
any sweet memory of ur pg days?

Hmm... I already related the ID card incident.. but the other truely sweet memory is.. it was my B'day and my friends had wished me as usual and we used to go to the recreation centre every evening to play badminton (we being me and a very close friend of mine) and after some play I was sharing with him on how sad it was that no-one was giving me a party or cutting a cake or anything (I love cutting cake on my b'day).. whereas if I had been in India, then they would make me feel so important and all that... by the time I came home.. there were almost 50-60 people at home and you know what, they blew up a picture of mine which I had taken in a tribal area in that attire.. all with the feathery cap and all.. and had made a huge card out of it and signed... and all this was arranged by that friend with who I was playing badminton.. All the time that i was cribbing, the arrangements were being made...Since I would know if he were missing, he arranged it all with help of his friends...and to think that I was complaining to him.. I think that is by far the sweetest thing done to me by anyone other than my husband..
any special memory from ur childhood not related to school?

Wow.. I really have to rack my brain... this is dedicated to my dear brother who took such good care of me during my childhood.. my mom like I said used to go to college and my brother and I would come back home and serve food for ourselves (essentially my bro used to serve me and feed me).. so, one day, a bunch of monkeys invaded our house and scared us away and took our food or ransacked it.. and my brother called our neighbours and they shooed them away but there was no food so my dear brother made a quick poha snack (mix poha with curd) and fed me... so thoughtful of him and to think that he was all of only 8 or 9... I have a very sweet brother...

-why did sandeep convice urmi to marry akhilesh when he realized she loves him?

He was unsure of his feelings and the fact that he respected her parents and thought that if they have thought it, then it must be right for her... the same reason why he asked jaisheel also along with ofcourse his economic status.. but during akhilesh time, i don't think he thought about his economic status.. it was just her parents..

-why didnt sandeep try to stop urmi from getting engaged to akhilesh last may?

Because he was confused due to the fact that Urmi said yes... although he suspected that she said this in anger.. he wasn't completely sure... and thats why he says that "Mujhe lagtha tha ki main Urmi ko aur uski pasand ko bahut achi tarah jantha hu par ab lagtha hai.."
-why did sandeep try his level best to avoid playing ram opposite urmi in ram lila?

By this time he was sure of his feelings I think and he didn't want to take a chance in front of the mohalla.. he was afraid his feelings will come out...

Not really.. although my mom is hell bent on doing that.. everytime she goes on an official visit, she does that and I have to wear it... can't disappoint her, you see.. love her too much to do that...

It was to US to do my Masters.. let me tell you something funny here... I flew to US but my college was in a very small town (called Collegestation...) the airport was also very small and the aircrafts that would fly in would all be 20 seaters.. here i am in my first ever ride in the aeroplane and somebody had scared me that in these 20 seater planes, the pilot would double up as the steward too putting it on autopilot.. (think about that..) and to top it all, there were only 4 of us on the plane and I don't know if you will believe me, coz this will sound outrageous, but the guy actually came and adjusted our seating for balance.. he moved a person here and there.. I was so scared.. thinking, is this a boat or a plane.. thank God the trip lasted only 20 min... I still haven't figured why he adjusted the seating.. is balance within aircraft which itself is so heavy required for smaller planes? donno...
