Wish all the members a very Happy Dassera!!!!! I am doing the update today since Kanak is a little busy. The episode was pretty good and like Aravanu mentioned, it reinforces the fact that Sandip likes Urmi but is a bit short on confidence whether he is the right person for her...
Mustaq, Hari and Jugle are having sheer khorma in Mustaq's house with his family in celebration of Eid. Mustaq says that the sheer khorma tastes better after keeping roza's for so long. Jugle immediately says that how can Mustaq feel that way when he has not even kept the roze for the full 30 days 😛. Mustaq tries to quieten them so that his family does not hear and gives an excuse that he wasn't feeling well 😉. Vaibhav is also in Bashir miyan's house and is having the sheer khorma. Jugle runs to the table to get another serving of the sheer khorma and tells Bashir chacha that he will also keep the fast the next year. This way his figure will also get better. 🤣 Everyone begins laughing at that. Zoya tells Vaibhav that he has taken very less and he should take some more. Bashir miyan also tells Vaibhav to have some more or else Bhandari will blame them for not taking care of his son properly. Bashir chacha suddenly recollects that Bhandari had mentioned to him to find a nice girl for Vaibhav so that he can get him married. Bashir chacha asks Zeenat if she knows someone. Zoya and Vaibhav exchange looks with each other. Zeenat chachi begins to say that there is no one better than Urmi in our Colonel Gunj......At the mention of Urmi's name, Jugle spits out the entire Sheer from his mouth onto Hari's shirt...👏 😃 ....even Vaibhav begins grinning at this scene....Zeenat aunty rushes to Hari's rescue and takes him inside so that he can clean his shirt. Both Jugle and Mustaq slowly come near the table where Vaibhav is seated so that they can eavesdrop on what is being said about Urmi and Vaibhav...😉. Bashir chacha asks Vaibhav why Bhandari left so suddenly. Vaibhav tells that he has gone to Kanpur for Dassera. Vaibhav also adds that even he was supposed to go but had to stay back because...he quickly glances at Zoya and then says because his job is new and he did not get any vacation. Mustaq enquires if the Dussehra in Kanpur is very special..Vaibhav says that if his father was present at this moment, then he would have answered Mustaq's question by saying (and the rest join him in chorus by saying) "Bhai Ram leela to hamare Kanpur mein hoti hain"👏...Zoya says that the Ram Leela in Colonel Gunj is also very good. Vaibhav says that he will also take part in the Colonel Gunj Ram Leela. He says that he used to play the role of Ram in the Ram Leela that was held in Kanpur. He enquires as to who will play the role of Ram this year in Colonel Gunj. Jugle, Hari and Mustaq each think about playing the role of Ram.
A very happy Urmi is returning back after watching the movie with Sandip. While getting down from the bike, she says that the movie was very nice. In Sandip's opinion however, the movie is ridiculous (why am I not surprised...it is very difficult to please Sandip babu as Urmi might surely know by now 😊). Urmi tells that the directors had taken a little license in the name of entertainment. Sandip howver is not convinced and says that the characters and script was bad. Urmi asks Sandip not to take everything in life so seriously. She sweetly says that she likes all such stories where love triumphs against all odds in the end 😳. She asks if Sandip understood this. Sandip just shakes his head and says no and goes away from there.😒. Still singing the song from the movie, Urmi is about to go inside when she happens to look in the direction of Zoya's house and sees Vaibhav leaving after bidding bye to Zeenat chachi and Zoya. Vaibhav is coming down the stairs with his eyes still on Zoya when he trips and lands down the entire flight of stairs on his back 😃. He immediately gets up. Zeenat chachi enquires if he is alright. Vaibhav says that he is completely ok and just as everyone heaves a sigh of relief, he immediately trips again 🤣. Urmi remarks that Vaibhav is now fallen deeply into love..she then says that everyone understands the meaning of love and prays to God to make Sandip babu understand the meaning of love soon.😳
The next day Hari, Jugle and Mustaq are announcing that a Ram Leela will be held in Colonel Gunj. The mohalla is excited at this news. In his excitement, Jugle also announces that today Samosa's will be given for free by RatiRam ji 😉. On hearing that RatiRam ji tries to hit Jugle who is seated on a lampost making this announcement with a samosa 😃.
All the woman want to play the role os Seeta in the Ram Leela. Rahul's mother says that the person who had played the role of Seeta last year was very good and even this year, the same person should play that role. A consensus is reached that Urmi should enact Seeta's role since she was so good the prevoius year. Urmi is blushingly and says that how will she play when Jugle says that he is there to support her and he will send the DVD's for all the episodes of Ramayan and both of them can sit together and watch all 555 episodes. Urmi is aghast at hearing that she would have to bear Jugle's company 🤣. She asks as to who would be playing the role of Ram this year. Mustaq, Jugle and Hari all say that they will like to play the role of Ram. Urmi looks at them and envisions them as Bhagwan Ram and is horrified. Gupta ji says that Ram will be played by his son Naresh as last year. Naresh refuses saying that he is very busy with work. Mustaq also wants to play the role of Ram since every year he is given the role of Jatayu. He says that if they give him the role of Ram, it will also demonstrate national unity (God knows how....😃). Hari says that no one can cover for Mustaq's bad acting and the role of Ram should go to Hari since he has a good voice throw. Jugle says that this is not a game of pithoo that people will look at his throw 😛. He says that if Urmi is playing Seeta then he will play the role of Ram. He says that from a left angle he looks like Arun Govil (the actor who played Ram in Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan). Hari says and from the right angle Jugle looks like the demon Ghatotchya 🤣. Jugle's dadaji suggests that Sagar can play the role of Ram. Sukha ji says that if Sagar plays that role, we will get an exceedingly polite Ram who will say, and he does a perfect imitation of Sagar saying "Mr.Ravana, I request you if you can kindly return my wife Seeta". Urmi is restlessly waiting for Sandip to come there and he obliges 😉. The mohalla informs him that Urmi is playing the role of Seeta and there is no one better than him to play Ra. An eager Urmi is waiting for his response 😊. Sandip refuses the role saying that he is better back stage pulling the strings of the Ram Leela. Urmi asks him whether he will always remain back stage through his entire life. She enourages him to come in front of everyone and speak. Sandip asks but what should he speak about. Urmi answers tell everyone proudly that "Seeta you are mine" 😳 😃 🤣. Sandip is flabbergasted....Sukha ji gives a knowing smile and tells Sandip that he should go for it since his face also seems to exude a vibrance just like Ram's. Jugle says that if Sandip ji will be the director then who will play Ram. every year Sandip ji is the director and if the director is good then the actor will automatcially be good. Sukha ji asks Sandip if he prefers to be the director. Sandip says that "Sandip ko parde mein rehne do parda na uthao" 😭. Urmi mutters that anyways "agar parda uth bhi gaya to kaunsa bhed khulne waala hai?". 😃. Everyone agrees that Sandip will be the director.
Sandip is busy writing the lines for the Ram Leela. Urmi arrives there and announces her arrival by clearing her throat. Sandip hears her but pays no attention to her but smiles to himself 😡. She then comes and bangs on his table. Sandip looks at her with a start 😃. Sandip gives her Seeta;s dialogues and asks her to memorize them by tomorrow. Urmi says that she is not interested in playing Seeta. Sandip says that Surpanaka's character is now taken and Zoya is playing that since they required a beautiful girl for it and only Seeta's character is left 😃. Urmi's says that Surpanaka's beauty was only maya. She asks him why he is not playing Ram. Sandip says how can he play that. He does not even look like Ram. Urmi says that for her, he is only Lord Ram. She then enquires if he is hesitating because she is playing the role of Seeta...Sandip calls her to come nearer. She is a little surprised at this change and comes closer to him when he tells her that she seems to have a huge misunderstanding regarding herself in life. He says that he is not playing the role of Ram since he cannot act😆. Urmi says that he seems to know acting quite well😆. Sandip asks how does she know and whether she has seen it. She says that she sees him act every day when he is with her and when he pretends not to understand her even when he does. She says that she will not play Seeta unless he plays the role of Ram and leaves from there.
Mr. Gupta is upset that Rahul is not there to play Hanuman in Ram leela since he has gone to Mumbai to play a part in a film and the elder son Naresh also does not want to enact the role of Ram since he is busy with his tin dabba.😆
Jugle comes dressed up as Ram wearing the red color clothes and his red superman T-Shirt (scene should be seen to be believed. It was hilarious!!!!).😆 😉 He comes near Sukha ji and says "pita shree" 😃. He says that "pita shree - give me permission. I am leaving"🤣.. A shocked Sukha ji says "kithe". Jugle says "apne vachan ka.."..he then forgets the word and looks at his palm where he had written it and says "palan karne vaastey"😆. He is going for a vanvaas for 14 yrs😉. Sukha ji has tears in his eyes. Jugle says that daddy ji are you crying because you cannot bear to be separated from your son😊. Sukha ji says that these are tears of happiness and he asks him to go for 28 yrs🤣. Jugle says that the vanvaas is only for 14 years...he says that there will just be the jungle, Urmi and me 🤣. Sukha ji tells Jugle that Ram banne wala lifestyle bhi nahin hain tera. He says that Jugle has "kaaj na kaam...banne chala ram".😃...Sukha ji says that this year Jugle will play the role of Shatrugan. Jugle refuses saying tht Shatrugan opens his mouth only 9 times in the entire Ram Leela and that too to say only 1 line "Jo aagya Bhraata Shri"🤣. Jugle tries to bribe Sukha ji by saying that he can recommend him to Sandip for the role of Ravan. 👏 🤣. Sukha ji gives him one slap on his face and Jugle tells him that Daddy ji there is no need for you to play the role of Ravan since you yourself are a Ravan ..must be a manufacturing defect 🤣 😛. He then runs away at full speed from there.
Preparations are in full swing for the Ram leela. Sandip comes to Urmi and asks her to take care of her throat and not to exert herself as she did last year😊. Urmi asks as to why he is telling all this to her. She asks him to go and tell all of this to his Seeta. Sandip referring to Urmi says that he is telling it to his Seeta😉. She says that she is not his Seeta if he is not going to play the role of Ram. An exasperated Sandip turns to an amused Zoya who is watching the Sandip and Urmi exchange and asks her to be Seeta😛. Zoya refuses saying that Sandip has seen how pathetic her acting is and even a Peepal tree can act better than her😆. Sandip says that even Urmi was like a bargat tree 😆 when she had begin acting and it took Urmi a lot of time to learn acting. He says that if Urmi can learn even Zoya will eventually learn 😃. A furious Urmi takes her anger out on the poor rickshawallah upon hearing Sandips words.😆
Zoya is still laughing while entering Urmi's room with Urmi😉. Urmi is still upset at Sandip. She tells Zoya that it would be so great if Urmi could play the role of Seeta with Sandip playing the role of Ram on the auspicious day of Dussehra with the entire Colonel Gunj giving Ram and Sita their blessings when both of them stand together holding hands on the same stage 😆. Zoya explains to Urmi that a director and heroine can also have potential just like J.P.Dutta and Bindiya Goswami and Ramesh Sippy and Kiran Juneja and she should not object to Sandip being a director.
Sandip is trying to finish writing for the Ram Leela when someone knocks on the door. An irriateted Sandip finds Urmi standing there. She comes in and asks Sandip as to what he was doing. Sandip says that he has been writing Ravan's lines. Suddenly an idea strikes him and he says that she can play Ravan's character as well 😃. Urmi is not amused. She tells Sandip that she is ready to play Sita's character. Sandip informs her that Zoya is playing Sita's character😭. Urmi knows that Sandip is lying and tells Sandip that she has figured that he can't even lie by looking at her straight in the eye😊. Sandip asks her to leave all these silly things and that he himself will go and give Sita's dialogue's to Zoya....Urmi puts a finger near his lips and says that she will abide by what her director asks her to do and goes away saying 'Mere J.P.Dutta"😆. Sandip is perplexed as to why she called him J.P.Dutta.😆
Mustaq, Hari and Jugle are having a fist fight and the entire mohalla is trying to make peace between them. Sandip asks as to what the problem is....All 3 guys want to play the role of Ram😆. Sandip says that they are behaving like Ravan to play the role of Ram🤣. Sandip thinks how he can solve this issue and says that he will have a contest to find out who can play the role of Ram. He glances at a thick branch lying nearby and says that whoever can break that branch will play the role of Ram. Hari comes first and tries with all his might but is unsuccessful. Next comes Mustaq and Jugle who try and try but still the branch does not budge👏. Sandip is watching at this amusedly😉. Gupta ji gives Sandip an ultimatum saying that either he will break the branch or Sandip should break it and it would be better if Sandip broke it now. Sandip looks at Urmi and agrees to try as well😳. While he is trying to break the branch, Urmi envisions him as Ram with the dhanush in hand and her as Sita with a garland waiting for the swayamvar😳. He gives up saying that this is very strong and will not break. Urmi is disappointed. Just then Vaibhav comes there and enquires if he can try. Zoya is very happy at this😉. Vaibhav is able to break the branch into 2 halves thereby ensuring that he will play the role of Ram. Zoya is overjoyed while Urmi leaves from there crying😭.
That evening Sandip comes to visit an angry Urmi. He asks that just because he could not break a stick there, Urmi had begun crying. Urmi corrects Sandip babu saying that it was not a stick but a bow. She asks why he did not break it. Sandip says that he tried but was not able to break it. He asks whether Urmi thinks that he is Salman Khan😉. Urmi says that she thinks Sandip is Ram and not Salman Khan😊. Sandip says that he is unable to understand Urmi. Earlier she was saying that he can be a director and it is ok for her and now she is asking the same question as to why he is not playing Ram. Urmi says that Sandip had himself given her hope. Sandip refutes that. Urmi reminicises that in the end when she saw the bow in Sandip's hand and when she saw him glance at her then she felt like he was....😳......At that moment, Sandip wakes her from her trance and asks what did she think he was...Urmi asnswers that she felt as if he was the Ram from Colonel Gunj's Ram Leela😳. Sandip enquires if this is exactly what she thought or if it was some more than what she is willing to say😳. Urmi says that this was all she thought. Sandip says that even he has understood one thing and that is she cannot tell any lies looking at Sandip straight in the eye👏. He says that both of them will now have to be careful in each other's presence, Urmi says that anyways Sandip always is very careful while in her presence😃. Sandip asks if Urmi liked her new Kanpuri Ram (Vaibhav). Urmi angrily says that Zoya is more happy than she is and they should make Zoya Seeta instead of her😳. She turns and leaves from there when Sandip holds her hand stopping her from leaving😳 😳 😳. Both of them turn towards each other when Sandip looking at her thinks to himself that "Urmi you are the only Seeta from Colonel Gunj 👏. Now, whether the Ram from Colonel Gunj is good enough for you is left to be seen". Urmi also thinks that " Sandip babu you are the only Ram from Colonel Gunj. Now whether you realize this on your own or whether we need a divine intervention to help you realize this is left to be seen". 👏
