Extremely sorry for the delay in posting the written update.I realize that all of you have been waiting impaitently for it and I apologize for the delay...Sorry abt that..Yesterday's was another awesome episode..
Episode begins with Sandip trying to look for a gift for Urmi. He is in Sagar's shop and looking at various Ganesh idols. He selects one and asks Sagar if it looks unique. Sandip says that giving the idol may also serve as a good luck charm. Sagar is all for it. Sandip asks him to pack it. Sagar then says that this is a very fast moving gift as Rahul has also taken it as a gift for Urmi's birthday. Sandip is disappointed and asks Sagar not to pack it for him.
Sandip is just returning to Colonel Gunj from somewhere when Jugle comes and tells Sandip that it is Urmi's birthday tomorrow and he is thinking of gifting Urmi a perfume bottle. He asks Sandip to suggest a brand that Urmi likes. Sandip stares at him and then gets a perfume from his bag and gives it to Jugle to give as a gift for Urmi. Sandip also tells Jugle that Urmi likes this perfume (so sweet….poor Sandip had got it so that he could gift it to Urmi as her birthday gift).😔 Jugle says that he will give the money for it to Sandip by this evening 😃…Sandip gives him one look and Jugle immediately says that he will give the money on the 10th of next month (probably when he gets his pocket money) 😆. Sandip asks him not to bother abt the money. Jugle asks what would Sandip give as a gift. Sandip says that he will think about it. Jugle says that Sandip thinks a lot and if he does not know what to get Urmi, he can consult Jugle as Jugle is familiar with all of Urmi's likes and dislikes…😆
Urmi asks her parents if they think that the dress that Devyani gave isn't too short. Sujata agrees that it is short but RasikLal says that it is trendy and also that the dress is not short but Urmi has grown taller 😊. Sukha Singhji is admiring the dress material that Devyani had gifted Pammi. Pammi is exasperated and asks Sukha if she should make a pillow cover out of the material since it matches the bedsheet in the bedroom 😆. Sukha Singhji says that Pammi has bad taste and when Pammi's structure fits into it then she would realize how good the material is. He says that he will get the suit stitched for her. He also asks Pammi not to be so adamant and if she gets an opportunity to learn from others she should take it. Pammi tells herself that the only thing left for her to learn is how to steal other's husband from Devyani 😉. He asks Pammi not to be cross and that she has everything from a house, car, Gadar video library to the sweet son – puppy who is sitting and having Australian chocolates (all this while Jugle is listening to his mom and dad's conversation while giving his dad dirty looks when he calls him a puppy 😆).
The 3 aashiq are sitting with Devyani in front of RatiRam's shop and RasikLal is singing a song for Devyani and are remembering their old days in the mohalla…..Devyani says that her husband had passed away and she was running a crche in Australia…RasikLal mentions that she should have come back then…Devyani questions why none of them even tried to call her back…The 3 keep staring after Devyani and RasikLal begins to say that "She is so….." when a voice completes his sentence saying "different"😆. Then Sukha says "She is so…." And a voice again says "beautiful"🤣….Sukha begin shouting at RatiRam asking why he is completing their sentences in English.RatiRam is confused and says that it was not him....Sukha again tries to describe Devyani and says "She is so…" when a voice behind them says mind-blowing😆….the 3 aashiq turn around to find the 4 deewane staring at Urmi and using all the adjectives to describe her since she is wearing the dress gifted by Devyani and is looking "different, beautiful and mind-blowing". The 3 aashiq stand behind the 4 deewane just when they are describing Urmi as "too good" and "cool"…Sukha taps Jugle on the shoulder and asks who are they describing as cool when Rahul says that the weather is cool….Sukha is confused and says that it is hot today😃…then Mustaq uses his brain and says that they were mentioning about "school"…."School-dress" in particular…Rasik Lal gets upset with Urmi regarding her dress even when she tries to explain that he had earlier thought that the dress was trendy. He asks her to change it and come. She says that she will show it to Devyani didi and come back.
She goes upstairs to Sandip's house where he is adjusting his T-shirt (yes….sandip babu inspite of all his geekness apparently wears T-shirts 😆) in the mirror and looks at her reflection behind him..He turns and stares at her 😳(must watch scene for Sandip's expressions)..Urmi asks Sandip how she is looking and Sandip replies that she looks good…Sandip asks whether she thinks that his T-Shirt is not long and loose. Urmi says that it is fine.😛 Just then Devyani comes outside and appreciates Urmi….she asks Sandip to change his T-Shirt since it is long and loose…Sandip looks at urmi and says that you said the T-Shirt is fine…Urmi says that he looks good to her in anything😳…Urmi asks Devyani if she can stay till her birthday. Devyani says that she has to get back….Sandip asks Urmi if she had come with come work or just like that…Urmi shows her dress indicating that she had come to show it to them…she asks Sandip if he remembers her surprise. Sandip goes inside and Urmi smiles to herself. Devyani is watching all this silently and she catches the vibes between Urmi and Sandip…👏
Sandip changes his T-Shirt and comes outside to find that urmi has left. Devyani asks Sandip if urmi is his friend. Sandip babu says no😡…then Devyani questions as to why she had come so far to why she had to come so far to enquire about how she looks…she also says that Sandip also asked her how his T-Shirt was…if there was no relationship then why was he doing so….he says that since they live in the same mohalla from childhood he knows her well…also he says that he teaches her music….Devyani says that there is no better relationship than that of teaching music😊…Sandip clarifies that there is no relationship between Sandip and Urmi 😔….Then he asks Devyani what gift can be given to a girl for her brithday…Devyani says that when there is no relationship then just wish her a Happy birthday but if she is a friend then you should be knowing quite well what her likes and dislikes her. She asks Sandip to figure out for himself what b'day gift he plans on giving Urmi thereby figuring out if he has a relation with Urmi…(Devyani is one smart cookie)👏
Here Sukha and RatiRam are beating the 4 deewane for playing Pithoo and breaking the glass of Sukha's car again 😃…Devyani comes out and supports the 4 deewane and asks everyone to stop hitting them. Devyani mentions that the 3 aashiq had also played in the mohalla at the very same place and why are they stopping the children from playing. Devyani challenges the 3 aashiq to a game of Pithoo and says that if she wins then no one will stop the 4 deewane from playing in the mohalla. If she loses then the 4 guys will stop playing pithoo😉…The 3 asshiq try hard but lose to Devyani😆…Pammi is also watching the game and is disgusted at her husband making a fool of himself in the mohalla. Sukha Singhji coming home exhausted and asks Pammi to bring him something cold to drink. Pammi is very angry and asks him if he is satisfied by getting himself insulted after losing to a woman in a game of Pithoo. Sukha Singh says that they have lost to a better player and there is a different kind of enjoyment playing with Devyani. He says that he does not care if the people in the mohalla are laughing at him. He has a "love relationship with Devyani'🤣. Pammi is shocked at hearing this. Sukha Singh corrects himself and says that he has a "lovely relationship with Devyani"😃. Pammi cries and says that who is Devyani to decide whether his son can play pithoo or not…she is Jugle's mother and she will decide…Sukha Singh ji says that even Devyani is similar to Jugle's mom…Pammi says that if Sukha says that sentence again then she will commit 'jauhar' like Rani Padmini 😆…Sukha asks Pammi to relax and says that he has invited Devyani for lunch tomorrow at 1 PM. Pammi says that she will hang herself …Sukha suggests that Pammi can hang herself after cooking lunch for Devyani…🤣Sujatha also screams at RasikLal that he has changed in the last 2 days and asks what is in Devyani that is not in her….Rasik also says that Devyani is coming to their house for lunch tomorrow.
Urmi is sitting outside near the fountain when Sandip stops on his bike and asks her what she was thinking about…. Urmi says that she is missing Zoya. She asks Sandip as to what kind of a woman was Devyani who came back after so many years all of a sudden and no one in the mohalla is happy at her return…even her mom had dad had a fight because of her..Sandip explains that Sujatha has not understood Devyani properly and that might be because she is his dad's childhood friend….Urmi asks if a girl and guy can ever be friends. Sandip says ofcourse and he has a lot of girls who are friends…Urmi gets jealous and asks whether it is the girl from the press😉…Sandip tells urmi that this exact thing is happening to her mom. Once Urmi gets to know Rhea she will like her. Urmi says that she is not interested in knowing Rhea and anyways all of Sandips friends are apoo-jhappo (stupid) girls 😆. Sandip with a mischievous look telss Urmi that even she is his friend and does it imply that she is also apoo-jhapoo 😉…Urmi says at once that she is not Sandip's friend. Sandip then questions her as to what relationship do they share if not for friendship 😳…Urmi is unable to answer his question and changes the topic to ask him if he got her a gift. He says that yes he has and he will gift it to her on her b'day. When Urmi pesters him, he asks her to think about the gift he has got…Then Urmi with a smile says that she does not think a lot but just does things…😉
At Sandip's house, Mustaq comes and shows Sandip a book that he has got for urmi and asks for Sandip's opinion and Sandip says that it is a good book. After Mustaq leaves, Sandip pulls out the same book that he had bought for Urmi as a present.😡
Pammi and Sujatha begin speaking about their husbands strange behavior…Pammi tells that she will teach her a lesson at the lunch today…The next day at the lunch Pammi and Sujatha begin making barbs at Devyani…Devyani enquires if anything is the matter…Pammi opens up and questions about the friendly relationship that Sukha and devyani share and says that the flames of their friendship have begun to burn her house. Devyani then clarifies that she had not come to India to attend any marriage function but had come to Colonel Gunj to relive her past. She mentions that she is extremely lonely living in Australia and says that she knows Sukha and Rasik are husbands but she has a right on their friendship….Pammi asks then what is the meaning of the letter that Devyani had written to Sukha years ago that our love should live on. Devyani agrees that she wrote the line but also says that she said the same thing to RatiRam and RasikLal and it is only because of this love that our friendship lives on. Devyani questions what Pammi if she wants to teach her children to harbor jealousy and enmity which would just makes us live alone and increase the distance in our hearts. If we harbor love in our hearts than even inspite of the physical distance we will reamin close to people. She says that the amount of love that she has for Sukha she also has the same for Jugle. The love that she shows for Rasik, the same love she shows Urmi, Sujatha and Pammi. She says that she will surely come back to the mohalla and it is upto them if they think of her return as a threat or a trust which they can have with her…Sujatha and Pammi hug Devyani thereby putting aside all hard feelings…👏
Devyani is all set to leave for Australia and thinks that again the 3 aashiq wont come to drop her just like 25 years back. Jugle gives Devyani the ball that they used to play Pithoo as a gift😊…Sandip is searching for Devyani's coach and seat at the railway platform when she questions him if he found a gift for Urmi. Sandip says that he is still thinking about it. Devyani says that sandip always think from the mind and not from the heart. 😃She says that if Sandip wants to give urmi a special gift then he should think from his heart and give and then it would be her most cherished gift ever. She also asks Sandip if he likes Urmi and Sandip blushes😳 and says yes (hoooooooooooraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy..atleast he acknowledged something…even though it took him so many episodes to do it)👏
Everyone is singing Happy Birthday for Urmi and urging her to cut the cake…she is however waiting for Sandip to come….Sujatha asks someone to call Sandip …the 4 deewane ask each other to call Sandip😆 when he arrives. Urmi is happy and cuts the cake…she then begins feeding everyone the cake. Rasik and Sukha are upset over Devyani's leaving….Pammi asks Sukha to be happy as it is Urmi's b'day….Sukha says that Devyani was so nice and inncocent…Pammi says that is true she is innocent …it is ur charcter that is loose😆….Sandip goes outside as soon as the cake is cut. Urmi is excited abt the present that Sandip has got for her and is trying to weave her way through to Sandip…the 4 deewane stop her and give her their gifts.....when she reaches Sandip, she holds out her hands for her gift and closes her eyes…Sandip is sad and holds out his empty hands in front of her since he has no gift for her 😔. When Urmi's opens her eyes and sees Sandip's hands, she is both confused and happy at once….As Sandip begins to pull away his empty hands, she catches them in excitement indicating that his acknowledgement of his feelings is the only gift that she had ever dreamt of receiving. Sandip is left staring at Urmi's reaction
