please do help my BEST FRIEND

hello everyone i have this friend who's boyfriend have some personal problems those are really important in his life that's why he told her not to call him and to meet him anywhere and he also told her she is gonna meet him only when he is gonna say he is ready to meet her. she is mad at him for some reasons and she can't call hm and go meet. what should she do she really wants to see him and he is doing everything that she doesn't want him to do? please help your one advice can change her life she told me that she is gonna commit a suicide i told her not to. but she is someone who will do it? she is reallyyy mad at him i don't know what i should tell her please do help. i don't want ther to commit a suicide

but she should try to understand her bf's problem too... he said he'd meet her so she shudnt worry about it.
