There is an inherent problem with the way the episodes are written or directed. The IPC states that a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The way episodes are directed the person is presumed guilty, in most of the cases by mid episode, KD provides enough evidence that would be enough to create doubts if the charged is actually guilty in which case the court has to release the charged if not on anything else but on benefit of doubt.
