They are trapped in an Island. So there is no particular court at all. But the situation will create an aritificial Courtroom for the case.

It seems that each time when a season of comedy circus will come to end we will have adaalat's 2 hr special episode. Marco the magician was also aired after grand finale of comedy circus ka jadoo.
