There are real life blind photographers so I don't see a problem that Darsh is one.

The accident happened three years ago, so he had time to adapt. I think what they're trying to show is a man who's successful and coping well with his disability but still society sees him as a figure of pity and dismiss his abilities and potential.

As for the mom, I see her over attachment to Darsh as a character flow, I guess it's partly because of the accident and partly because he was always the model son. Similarly her attitude towards the younger son has deeper roots than him being responsible for the accident as was the case in the original show.

What happens in the original??

He seems to be pretty good character till now

But feeling bad for him

About the bride, the mom isn't looking for any wife, she doesn't want someone who's after their money, she wants someone who would love and appreciate Darsh for who he is, although that won't justify her sacrificing the happiness of the younger son if they follow the original story.

So far I like Nandini, she's bubbly, maybe a bit ott but I don't find her irritating, this may change later once the emotional scenes start.

I felt she can be a bit toned down

May be because I don’t like over enthu ppl

Like the subtle ones

Have to wait and see the character development

Yup. I checked Wikipedia and this is what I found:

Zyada details to nahi hain wahan par but in the original, the two sisters were not real sisters. They were step sisters and the FL had a stepmom. Both the stepmom and stepsister made her life a hell and they were also the antagonists of the show. Sister I guess reformed later on as per Wikipedia.

The sister was I guess younger than her, younger hi hogi cos she got married to the ML's younger brother. But Wiki also shows that the ML's younger brother had another wife, so I guess later on he might have divorced the FL's step sis and remarried...

Also, as per the list of the characters, there were several antagonists in that show... and a fake FL is also mentioned.
