@ Topic Maker... I completely agree with your post.
As you pointed, after Kamath's death, every episode is worse than the previous one.

Now, apart from the people at hotel, that guy who escaped has also infected people in his building.. .. so all of those people are dying. Plus Dr. Bhowmick is going to infect a few. Who knows he might infect the PM too.

So what's left that can be saved?

Besides, it's just overdose of Virus and virus infection. The show does not offer any breather, relief or diversion.

Antara and Maneshinde story is a good breather but the way it is shown, it hardly allows viewers to make any emotional connection to it.

It is too much of a stretch to keep watching this Increasing amount of Virus spread and death with no action being taken by ATU

Yes Sharda, no emotional connect wid characters
I even dont feel connected to Antara also...hers tragedy n fears should makes me feel sorry but i find it funny 😕

for me it was ok up to virus releasing in hotel but uske baad ATU ke decisions comes across as stupid and funny and what irks me most is there is no back up plan at all

They shld hv made back up plans to outdone roshan and it wud hv made series interesting...ATU is shown as helpless

good post dear
iam impressed
they started off well ( provided jai and co contained the virus ...but problem from some other thing), inbetween too boring roshan jai coldwar
the curiosity was to know if jai has taken such a hge risk he will win for sure, but he lost ( waste of roshan's escape)
he was running behind dhruv who was of no use to them till the end he could have better concentrated with kamat
even when roshan was winning consistently i didnt mind but simultaneously, jai and co loosing in back to back tracks was like fooling viewers,, running behind balraj was the height of stupidity, jai characterization is below avg ( i havent seen first season), in field ATU is a big big zero, things look good only inside the ATU,
on sunday ATU guyz felt kiran missing, and again when a girl with the same red jacket comes jogging they relax WT...🤬
how can you be so foolish, they need to be smart and shrewd
she is not a trained officer,
and mallik's death is something Jai should feel ashamed for
sorry for being so harsh
i have never seen such a dumb officer
he is the mastermind and he needs to have a plan B for every situation
i think roshan simply scores in every track, he is too smart
if jai and roshan's script were swapped S2 would have been a treat to watch
20 episodes of stupidity and 2 episodes of heroism
is sheer foolishness from the writers

Roshan is so smart, that within 24 hours of coming out jail he is able to pull off a mission that is making idiots of ATU, PM etc. imagine, he was supposed to be hanged the next day.. but they got him out of jail.. only to get him to kill their own people.. crazy story...

already those in hotel will die, may be a few more will add on
there is no justification from jai's side for all this chaos
their team has killed ( yes ) 400+ people ( dont know how many more) for releasing one man roshan from jail ,
the foundation for this season itself is week
as jai himself said this will be his last mission ( as he doesnt have any survivor left for next season)
veer is close to death and dont know what is left for kiran )
homework not done thoroughly

Hi.
Even I do agree with the post.
The virus has been released in hotel. fine. they showed Roashan having upper hand there. But they should have shown cracking code at railway station, not having to kill Shivani and outsmarting Roshan.
Then the game would have been even and interesting to watch. Who will watch a show which is full of disappointments and even if he catches in the last you wont be satisfied.because damage is done already.
Season 1 wasbrilliant. Every episode there was a turning point and guessing the main villain was a challenge. Like in this season the first villain who we thought was the master mind was dead at 12th hour. and we were revealed of the next villain after that. then we thought he was the main one. But in the last episode there was still a surprise quotient as the real villain was revealed in a most satisfactory thrilling way!!!
and there was only one casualty and that was Jai's wife and we really felt for him then :(.

season 2 - we know the villain. no turning points.. and all points turn towards Roshan. even if they revel some other mastermind in the end that person will be anyway working for Roshan and not the other way round 😕😕. so whats the point?

Here when Kamat was killed i thought ok thats it. now ATU will not take any more nonsense from Roshan. But no.. that was just the beginning.. Gyan, Shivani (in same episode). And they ask in twitter.. whether we were expecting that (Jai shooting shivani) 😡😡😡.. with which i can draw only one conclusion that they killed Shivani only for SURPRIZING us. to show the unexpected!!! AND sorry we were not amused if that was the whole point 😕.
I am not asking for similar story line as season 1. But i wanted that thrill and satisfaction and curiosity at the end of every episode. I did have in initial episodes. but they lost it after Haroon's death.

That optimisitc person in me still hopes for some surprise and some explanations and some justice to everything they showed so far.
🤔

I have lost all interest in the second season, primarily because I have lost all emotional connect with the characters.

If I am supposed to be thrilled with the efforts Jai is putting in to save the city, at the cost of his son, who is infected, and his daughter who is now in Roshan's custody, then, sorry boss, I don't feel too bad.

Initially, when he rescued Roshan from Jail, I was curious to know why he was doing. Then when we got to know it was a planned operation, it seemed like a big reveal.

It was still intense to watch Jai with Haroon and Roshan, taking Maya's help to get a phone and staying in touch with ATU, etc.

It was no interesting to watch Jai giving signal to ATU for attack..arresting Dhruv, etc.

But, from the time Kamat died, and Roshan escaped with Virus, the story went downhill.

For me, the suspense of belief is too much to ask from us viewers.

First problem is the unnecessary killing of characters. Kamat, Shibani, Gyan.. all these characters were killed off for nothing. No plan, no nothing. I am not even sure how killing off these characters helped take the story forward.

It is ok to show the villian as ahead of the game for a while, but the hero also needs to appear as outsmarting the villian, at least occasionally, for the viewer to stay interested till the end.

In this story, the villian is calling all the shots and is ahead of the entire ATU mechanism, who appear like bumbling idiots, most of the time.

Yesterday's episode for instance, they go the apartment to catch the guy infected with Virus. And then show ATU going up in one lift, while the infected guy comes down in another lift. I mean, seriously?

If the writers thought, viewers will stay interested till the last episode to see the hero win, then sorry, in this case, the hero's character sketch is not such that we are all holding our breadth and waiting to see Jai make mince-meat of Roshan, save his son and daughter, save ATU, save PM, save everything.

With just two more episodes to go, when we are supposed to be thinking about who is the mastermind, we are only thinking in terms of -- khatam karo story ko. it is anyways not going anywhere.. :)

(This is entirely my opinion. I am sorry and request you to please ignore if you don't like this write-up)
