Simi replies: abhi nothing. Do you know you are the first person who stood up for me and fought for my honor. Abhi it felt so good. Knowing now I have some one I can count on and he will there for me always. Right Abhi?

Abhi says: simiji yes I will always be there. But then what if your husband /boy friend does not like me being your best friend. Simi tells him: abhi I will never marry or love some one who does not trust me. Can I ask you something: What if your wife or girl friend does not like me.? Abhi takes her to nice Punjabi restaurant which is abhi's favorite place. Abhi gives her menu and asks her to decide. Simi says: abhi since you know this place, Order the items that they make best here. They place order. And Abhi breaks shocking news to Simi. Abhi says: arre haan Simiji aaj mera dimag Mrs Sharma ne itna kharab kar diya . Mai aapko ek baat batana bhool gaya. SimiJi, I finally made few friends in the class from whom I can borrow notes and stuff. And we got a new girl in our class. Her name is Nikita and she has moved here from US. She sat by me first day and asked me to show her around and make her familiar with Universiry. I told her I will give you notes. She was very happy. She invited me for cup of coffee and we had good time. We became good friends in 2 days. She is really talkative and happy go lucky kind of girl. I am so glad finally I found some one. I also made few more friends I can hang out with One or 2 are from our project. But I like Nikita best. Simi is getting angry to upset and worried listening to abhi keep raving and ranting about his new found friend who happens to be a girl most likely Abhi's age and may be beautiful. Simi is now scared and feel like this Nikita is her rival and may be snatch Abhi away from her. Simi is truly afraid of loosing Abhi and about to ask Abhi : what about me? Who do you like more me or Nikita? May be I should meet her. Simi says: abhi Nikita and before she finishes a sentence 2 boys and girls ahow up there saying : Hi Abhi. They all are looking at Simi strangely. On girl asks Abhi is she your new girl friend? The other boy replies" who else she can be. We all know abhi always makes weird choice. Abhi yaar tu ab tak nahi sudhra.. Abhi says: guys enough is enough. I do not appreciate who guys insulting my friend. Beside who do I choose to have dinner is my business and I would really appreciate if you guys leave us alone to enjoy our dinner before I loose my cool. I do not want to create a scene. Abhi gets up from his chair in anger. They all leave laughingly looking at Simi

Simi holds his hand and says: abhi please calm down and forget about these people/ Abhi says: I can't . I don't like any one insulting you Those are the weirdoes. I should have known they will be here. Since today is Friday, Can we go else where? I hate those people.

Simi says: abhi no matter where we go . We will be treated same way. You better get used to it and stop losing your cool. I am sure people think I am not your type.She holds his hand and make him sit down. Abhi is still fuming. Simi is trying to cheer up Abhi says: Abhi should I pour this cold water on your head showing him a glass full of water. Abhi grabs a glass and smilingly says: simiji don't do that give me a glass. He tries to grab it. Simi puts it on the table and says" Abhi I was just teasing you.. Their food arrives,

Simi says: abhi now let us forger every thing and enjoy dinner. Why should we give importance to some shallow people, Who do not understand what is a true friendship? Abhi says: Yes I agree let us eat. I am starving. They both are eating but they both are upset hiding their feelings Abhi is upset because his friends insulted Simi and Simi is worried about Nikita and dying to find out more. Even though abhi assured her she still feel insecure. She is afraid Nikita may take Abhi away from her. Simi first time feels Abhi is hers and she does not like any girl coming close to him/ Abhi asks her: how is the food? Simi is just moving a spoon in the plate. Abhi holds her hand and asks again: How is the food? Why are you not eating? Simi starts eating again and says: it is very good. Abhi asks to order dessert. Simi says: No I am full Abhi jokes : You are full and not fool right. Simi hits him on the arm.

Abhi drops her home . Simi thanks him for the dinner and reminds him about them meeting Sunday. Abhi says: We are definitely meeting. It is not every day a beautiful lady like you take me on dinner date. Simi is happy and thanks him again.

That night Simi tries to work on the project .But she can not concentrate. She goes to sleep and have nightmares about abhi leaving her hand and holding Nikita's hand. She wakes up sweating and goes back to sleep. She makes a decision to talk to abhi about Nikita and his relationship with her..

Next day she decides to talk to Mrs S first .She calls her and asks her if she can meet her regarding the project.Mrs S gives her time. Simi meets her in the University. They discuss the progress.Mrs. S asks Simi if everything is Ok with her. Intitally Simi admits everything is fine, Then she tells her about Abhi and his new friend Nikita. And it is bothering me so much that Abhi is close to another girl.

Mrs. S says: simi first you admit your feelings for abhi to yourself and slowly let him know. I know it is extremely difficult for a girl But simi if abhi does not admit or realize you have to make him realize. You are not some 16 year old girl. You are a mature woman. I am sure there is nothing between abhi and Nikita . She is not even his type. Abhi will not fall for girl like her. I am sure he loves you and he is hiding it for the fear of rejection. He may be thinking if he confesses he may loose you. Simi there is no need for rush and we definitely do not want scandal here . But if things come out just don't worry. You both are students here. It is not like you are a professor of this college and in love with your student. Just be brave and don't worry. I know Abhi. I truly admire that boy he has lots of guts standing up to protect you and your honor. With him around you have nothing to fear. Not even Nikita. So take it easy and talk to him about her when you get a chance. Simi feels much better. She then works on the project. That evening she calls Abhi to remind him of their date and they decide to meet for lunch at some restaurant. Abhi says: I will pick you up from temple/

Simi is delighted and decides to dress up for their date. She sleeps better that night. Yet she has a dream about abhi her and Nikita and she sees abhi rejecting Nikita and holding her hand and they both are walking away holding each other's hands/

Next morning Simi wakes up early and moving around in the house humming a song. Manju notices simi and asks her what is it? Simi says: nothing few of old friends are meeing after a long time for lunch. Simi hates to lie. But then she feels if she tell manju truth she might make a big deal out of it.

Simi dresses up very nicely and puts on another salwar suit she bought with Abhi. She leaves her hair open with her hair in a small braid. She looks real pretty.

She goes to temple and prays to Matarani and as she rings the bell Abhi walks up there and rings the bell same time and their hands meet. Simi is delighted and feel secure. Abhi says: let us go. In the jeep Abhi looks at her and says: wow

Simi ji aaj to aap bilkul chaudahvi ka chaand lag rahi ho. See aap kitni pyari aur khubsurat ho. Sach me aap jisko pasand karoge iska to bhag hi khul jayega. Kash.

Simi says: what abhi? why did you say kash? Abhi replies: you say it all the time kash mai aap ki umar ka hota. Aaj mai wohi kaheta hoon. Kash aap meri umar ki hoti to mai aap ko Uthake le jata aur apna bana deta. Waise mujhe koi fark nahi padata aap chhote ho ya bade. Simiji you are very attractive intelligent and desirable woman. Any man will be happy to marry you and love to have you as a wife.

Simi blushingly smiles and taps his face. Saying: Kahin is liye to tareef nahi kar rah eke mai apna irada badal loon aur kuch kiye bina bhag jaoun.

Abhi holds her hand and says: Do you think I am an idiot who will let you go after seeing you looking so pretty. Can I have a kiss? Says Abhi winking at her.Simi is scared. Abhi naughtily smiles and holds her right hand and kisses it. Simi feels like she is struck by a jolt of lightening and 440 volt current is passing thru her veins. Simi is very happy and smiles at Abhi. Abhi is happy seeing her looking more beautiful He wants to hold her face and kiss her red flushed cheeks. Simi is looking at him. Abhi starts the car.

They arrive at the restaurant and order drinks and food. While sipping drink. Abhi says: arre simiji, I forgot to tell you something very important It is about Nikita and me. Do you know Nikita is my childhood friend. Her dad and my dad are friends. And they were thinking to marry Nikita and me when we were kids. Nikita's family came to my house for dinner. Mom had asked me but I did not pay attention. I was shocked to see Nikita at my home and I told her what are you doing here? Are you following us here? That is when mom told me Nikita and I was friends and childhood and we played together so well that our parents decided to marry us when we grow up. I was shocked hearing all and so was Nikita.

Simi feels like she was going to have heart attack and she is going to die. She puts her hand on her chest and asks Abhi : phir kya hua Abhi? Tumhare parents ne/ Simi could not finish and felt like some one has pushed her in deep water and she can not come put neither can she breath.

Abhi smilingly says: Phir kya hona tha. Hamari engagement ho gayi. He looks at Simi and he is shocked as Simi looks pale while and sad, He says: Simiji kya hua.? Aap khush nahi huyi?

Simi says: abhi tum sach kahe rahe ho Abhi I feeeeeeeeeeel

Abhi says: simiji are you ok? Arre aapko kya hua? Mere engagement ki baat se aap itni kyun upset ho? kahin aap ? Arre koi enagagement nahi huyi mai to mazak kar raha hun.

Simi slaps Abhi. Abhi is shocked. Simi gets up all excited and says: sorry Abhi I am very sorry. Aaj ke baad aisa mazak kabhi nahi. Simi covers her mouth and rushes out of the door. Abhi follows her telling door man to delay their lumch. Abhi finds simi behind his jeep crying hard.

Abhi holds her and puts her arms around her. Abhi is asking her: simiji kya hua aapko? Mai to sirf mazak kar raha tha. He opens his jeep door. He makes simi sit inside and sits next to her. Simi puts her head on his shoulder and cry.

Abhi gives her water. And asks her to calm down/ simi calms herself and says: sorry abhi I did not mean to slap you. Tumne mere sath aisa mazak kyun kiya.

Abhi says" arre mai to aapko hasane ki koshish kar raha tha. Mujhe samaz nahi aaya aapko itna bura kyun laga?

Simi says: abhi mai dar gayi thi mai tumhe. Simi realizes her mistake and stops.

Abhi says: simiji mai tumhe kya? Meri aur nikita ke engagement huyi to aapko kya?

Simi says: Nothing. Abhi I can't eat now can we go home. We will do this next Time. Can you take care of the payment? She hands him money. Abhi holds her hand tight and says: simiji you can't go like this / You have to tell me why you felt bad and hit me hearing me and nikita got engaged. I was just joking to make you laugh. You have to give me explanation/ Abhi drags her back and asks waitor to wait for 15 minutes to bring their food. Abhi says: simiji our parents were talking about me and Nikita to get engaged and me and Nikita both were laughing. She is refusing to marry some one like me who has no dress sense. And I was telling her I can never marry some one who puts a make up by ton making herself look horrible. And we both were running to hit each other and our parents were shocked seeing us this way. Then we both laughed so hard afterwards about her parents idea. Nikita told me sorry Abhi you are not my type and I told her same and that I love someone oooooooops.

Simi says: Abhi so yours and Nikita's idea of enagagement is flop now right? what did you say you love some one else? Who is that person Abhi?

Abhi says: first you have to tell me why where upset hearing about my engagement? Simiji kahin aap mujh se to pyar...? Ab samaj me aya aapne mujhe thappad kyun mara. You were jealous and upset that is why you kept asking about Nikita. You were upset yesterday hearing about Nikita. Oh my god Simiji you and I both are in love with'.. Am I right Simiji? Aapko jawab to dena he padega. Simi looks down as she is blushing. Abhi raises her face. Abhi says: knowing you, I will not get confession out of you. But I really have to thank Nilkita for this. At least I get to know your feelings towards me.

Yes Simiji I love you and now I have no fear of loosing you because I know you love me too. And you can't deny it as your face, your eyes and your behavior tells me all. Simiji I loved you from the first time you ran into my car. I loved you even more when I saw you lying on the road, Every time we met in hospital elsewhere I felt even closer to you.. The more I knew you the more I was Drawn to you. Joining this project , my main intention was to be close to you and I kept praying to be group leader so I can spend more time with you. SimijI I love you very much. I know it is not going to be easy and please don't think because I am younger, I don't understand what love and commitment is? So tell me simiji you were jealous of nikita because you thought you were going to loose me, you were going to loose your love right.? Abhi again lifts her chin and makes simi look in his eyes while holding her other hand as simi is trying to escape.

Simi looks down and says: abhi you are right. I felt I was going to loose you and I thought I was going to die. Abhi I care great deal for you and I wake up many times from the nightmare thinking I am going to loose you. Yes Abhi I do not want any other woman coming between you and me because I feel like you are mine. Abhi I love you too. Simi blushingly smiles and says: Thank you abhi for making this easy for me. I knew I had feelings for you. But then Mts. S made me realize how much I love you and she also knows how you feel about me. Abhi thanks for coming in my life and giving me so much happiness. You are truly a delight. Simi wants to hug abhi and Abhi wants to hug Simi as the song plays
