I think she will she is already showing the signs. it is matter of time, She thought she loved vicky. But was that a love I am not sure. They just jumped to bed without even thinking.
It was a physical attraction then after being preg she fel compelled.After she realizes what real lov eis from Omi she will fall for him.It is like hum dil de chuke sanam for Omi vicky and Neetu.
