From my end Its not defending Simi or disliking her.
But according to me too, what she is doing to Abhi is not correct. Yes she needs her space to adjust to Abhi, and start attending to her wifely duties in all sense very soon. But Simi's characterisation is still not ok.
If I was in Simi's position, well I wouldn't have landed myself in such a situation. But if I did, I would have:
1.Had the mobile sold for a better price, taken the SIM card out so that I can use it by shifting to Abhi's mobile when necessary.
Would have sold the gold chain I am wearing if it was really gold.
2.Being in Delhi, headed straight to INA market or Sarojini Market and got myself at least Salwar suits from roadside where you get 3 suits for Rs.100/- or Three Chiffon sarees for Rs.100/-, made the road side tailor stitch blouses for Rs.25/- (Trust me they stitch better than the branded designers), shopped for Abhi(Track suits for Rs.50/- and 3 T-shirts for Rs.100/-). By the way branded shirts and suits with minor defects can be bought for 100/- again. The private accessories for any girl (I mean what all that a girl requires) can be purchased at reasonable rates cos the medicines are more expensive if you end up in rashes for not having changed....whatsoever.
3.Given idea to Abhi to head directly to internet cafe which charges 10/-rupees per hour, to make the most impressive CV(I mean Curriculum vitae)
4. Inform Abhi my plan to hand over prasad to mom. At least would have made him the morning coffee.
5.Had a bath, wear new clothes, gone to gurudwara, then reach that matarani temple and opt to call Mili or dad to come and pick and hand over prasad/kheer to mom and taken a promise not to let mom know. Obviously dad and Mili's turn to let it be known to the anti-Simi team headed by Manju that Simi sent it.
Cos I feel it would be like degrading my own husband to allow people to talk or point hands that are you still in shaadi ka joda which is allowing people making fun of my husband. i would never do that. No body is going to know whose mobile was sold.

I have been silently reading all your views on simbhi and totally agree. Something that really rankled with me was how simi sacrificed abhi and her love, even after she made a commitment, just for the sake of her family - and she just stood by when abhi left his family for her. And even now she gets to go back to her mother for whom she is dead on holi but abhi doesn't go back to his Mum who supported him and simi throughout?😡
BTW - excuse any errors as its my first post😛

Absolutely agree with u mesimi...u just read my mind. Any sensible person in simi's place wud have done the same things that u have mentioned and if i was in simi's position (though that is out of question) i wud hve never given anyone a scope to humiliate my husband by landing there clad in a 3 days old bridal attire.

Mesimi .Wah Kya baat kahi hai.nice points u have written we would have all done it. but simi wont do. the cvs want us to have pity on her.
About changing clothes yest she could have done what u said.
but still i am thinking she sold her mobile for 1500rs . where is the remaining money.
About informing abhi.. infact simi had told him what they used to do on her mothers birthday and i guessed he came to know she went to meet her. remember he told simi on the wedding day u r mother had disowned us but not we. so i dont think he would mind if she has gone there.
yes if it was me i would'nt go to parents until they call me and i would try to adjust my self as much as possible and show my self happy even if i was crying inside me. this is like she is degrading her self and abhi in front of her mother.
or I think the cvs wanted to show inspite of every thing all others in the house forgot its manjus birthday and only simi remembered and also inspite of the ban she came to give prasad and wish her.
And also its better abhi and simi dont hurry on every thing. abhi understands and is giving her time to settle. yesterday he diddnt touch her but she took the gesture and went near him. thats nice .actually. let themdevelop their relation slowly/
Slow and steady wins the race 😉
by the way: I just watched the episode (properly) i liked the way simi went close to abhi cuddled next to him. it was sweet , it show she loves hima nd he undersands her.
chal we will give them some time to settle.

Abhi has also left home. But he has never been close to his parents. With his dad he never was. They show he had stayed in the hostel from his 7th standard. He loves his mom but does not miss her on a daily basis. So he is holding up better.
For Simi, her life has been everyhting to do with 12/24 and its people. Her dad is the world to her. Her mom for her is next to god. And in the situation she is right now, she will miss her family more than Abhi.\\ Well Written MESIMI- Also I would add that it's very diffrent for Boys N Girls as Girls are not only always more Sensitive towards their Parents they also NEED their Maayka all thru'out their lives which the Boys can carry on Without as girls do have to face lots of Struggles that Boys, luckily Do Not have to!!
